We had our flights cancelled due to…
We had our flights cancelled due to coronavirus. Our original travel agent did not offer an alternative flight, so we used Tickets To World. We had used them before so we knew we could trust them. They found us flights (slightly more expensive but acceptable) and within 24 hours we had our tickets. Cannot fault Tickets To World, very efficient. I won't name the other travel agent, but save to say, we had to chase them for our tickets, and we are still chasing our refund. We've learned that not all agents are the same, and we will use Tickets To World again.

I find Tickets to World value for money
I find Tickets to World, a very down to earth travel agent, offering very highly competitive and nearly always the best flight fares on the market. As a former airline senior employer, i cannot identify any significant complaint against Tickets to World.
Perhaps the could add, the burden of passing on passenger personal needs like carrying a small extra weight for medical equipment, etc
