Simply superb service.
What can I say; they are simply the best. The service from Mr Ali and Mr Kobir at Biman Air have has been second to none. I have booked many flights with them and they always go above and beyond, providing a personal service 24/7 - they are always happy to help, whether it's to change flights or make any amendments, whatever the request. They keep to their word when they say they will call me back as I get responses and confirmations by call and email within minutes and they are polite and knowledgeable and above all, trustworthy.
