They don't have an idea how to buid an online payment process. The IT team from Tickets.com must go to take some elementary courses of e-commerce.

Fraudulent web site. It makes you think you are booking at the true venues website, and unless you look all the way at the bottom and click “about” you will never see the disclosures that they are resellers. Example - ton of seats at a venue for $89. Tickets reflects $339 for the same seat. Fraud

This group looks for unsuspecting suckers and overcharges hundreds of dollars for tickets. Then they go find the seats so you can MAYBE pick them up at will-call one hour before the event. Don't use them!!!!!
Just check the venue and buy them yourself. They are not legit!!!

Purchased 2 tickets to Ann Wilson concert in Mesa, Az. The show was canceled right before intermission due to an ill was of a band member. Called to request a refund and was told sorry there’s nothing they could do. Asked for a supervisor and she said she was already the escalated person. Her attitude became borderline rude. Wish I would have checked reviews beforehand. I thought I was purchasing from venue box office since that’s what I had googled.

They deserve a -0 Venue told me they won't honor this Company. Payed for tickets that were never issued , said take our email to the window and venue will except it WRONG. Venue said they are a fraud . No refund.Beware

To start with my wife googled Ticket Master she thought it was Ticket Masters (which I have purchased tickets from for 20years plus) but it was tickets.com. She ordered 4 tickets for the April 20 Styx concert in Savanna GA which were around $600.00. When the confirmation email came we were billed $940… We were not informed of a service fee. There is no mention of any fees or how that they are going to gouge you. When we received our confirmation we found that we had been billed a $190.00 service fee. We immediately called them to cancel and they said all sales are final and they very rude and cocky about it. We paid $940.00 for 4 tickets to see Styx where others who purchased from Ticket master direct paid $130-140 per Ticket.
Also beware Tickets.com are owned by Ticket Masters. This is a scam from Ticket Masters, they pay google to show Tickets.com first when you do a search for Ticket Master to collect additional money from ticket buyers.
Beware !!!!!!

Unfortunately they don't deserve a star even. Just they took my money twice with out authorization....
They decline my booking after I paid first. Then they withdraw the 2nd time.

Terrible company. They buy up a bunch of tickets to a show and then scam you. When you think the price they show you is the total for the number of seats you were looking for. BAM! It’s $2400! Be careful and don’t use Apple Pay because you don’t get a chance to see the total.

Well frock…. Got bamboozeled. Was suppose to be ordering 4 tickets (family pack) get the ticket. That’s right ticket not tickets. At more than double the cost of a single ticket. Contact customer service which pretty much said too bad so sad and no refund. Contact my bank which informs me they charged more than the receipt they sent and put through more than one charge.

AVOID THIS SITE. Totally agree with the reviewers’s comments. This is a rip off. I bought tickets three days ago. I paid 150.00 more for my tickets. When I selected the tickets it shows the cost; however, when i checked out and made my payment, the bill was 150.00 more, and it doesn’t show what the extra cost is for. I’m still waiting to receive my tickets. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

all tickets purchased ok but this site comes up before the boxoff site i googled where tickets are much cheaper. i have to remember that i wonder how much tickets,com paid google for being first in a search. what a F$%^#$ scam and rip off i will have to be more careful next time.

Horrible. I bought tickets for Elton John, months in advance. They never even sent an email confirmation of the tickets but they did charge my card 229.00. after repeatedly callingi finally got thue to someone and she said without a confirmation we can't help you. Too bad. So sorry I didn't check this company on out before I lost 229.00.

Agree with other critical reviews on company and customer care. I placed an order for 6 orchestra seats at a popular summer concert venue and believed I was getting great orchestra seats. What I got - for the price - were the worst seats in the venue. With fees I paid close to $250 e@ for what are $80 seats I probably could have purchased at walkup the day of the concert.

Im pissed off because I wasnt careful and hadnt worked with this firm before. I have regularly dealt w Vivid and Stub hub, and never a problem. Tickets.com is a bot-driven company that is misleading. They take marked up orders and fulfill the order with the minimum,crappiest seats they can buy...probably from stub hub.
I will NEVER do business with them again.

Awful company. Do not respect their customers. I've been promised for refund in a 22 days, now it's 85 days passed and they told to wait more 22. Please never use this company.

I recently paid over $300 to attend a For King and country concert in South Bend, IN and had an emergency and couldn’t go to the show when I tried to get my money back I was denied

This place is a scam. They are misleading in their checkout and there is no way to actually talk to a person at this company. They literally charge and ghost and when you call or do the online chat, its just automated messages that put you on a loop and their emails are unmonitored. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I ended up being charged $150 more than I expected. They are super misleading and they charge an EXOBERANT "service fee" hidden in the pricing which is ironic since they provide no service at all when you want to try to talk to a person. Shady company, keep away

This company is a scam, don't buy from them. They sent me tickets and other people had the same seats from ticketmaster. They wouldn't answer the phone the night of the concert and don't want to return my money. SCAM SCAM SCAM

TOTAL RIP OFF! Bought 3 tickets, Never Got ANY tickets! Spent 3 hours total on phone, in a nutshell they SAID they were sent to my email 1 hour prior to the game, which I never received. Thus my fault. DO NOT USE. I would have been happier if my first contact after purchasing the tickets the person was honest and just laughed at me and said "YOU JUST GOT SCAMMED" and hung up. Any good reviews are probably fake.

I ordered 5 tickets for a play and I thought that the amount was for all 5 tickets. Instead it was 5x the price plus a $320 service fee! I immediately called the customer service and explained what happened, and tried to cancel. They refused- said the tickets were nonrefundable. This company should be taken down! Business plan is to rip people off.
