I purchased 2 tickets Saturday 9/10/22…
I purchased 2 tickets Saturday 9/10/22 for the 9:30 P.M. at the Improv, in Ontario and received my confirmation. Went and stood in line for over an hour as I reached the front of the line the person told us to go to the front window where we were told the tickets that sold to us were for the previous night. That is illegal and there needs to be something done to this person.

SCAM ALERT!!!! If less than zero stars were available that would be my rating. End of story: we did not have tickets and we’re out about $90. We “bought” two tickets for a college football game to be delivered by email. The day of the game I received an email telling me to call regarding my tickets. When I did so I was told that there was a change and the tickets would be at will call. Guess what was NOT at will call? There was no record of us having tickets at all. I showed them my confirmation email with the section and row shown, but those seats were not even available. TicketCity completely scammed us. I hate using third party ticket vendors and this is exactly the reason.

This company loses your tickets and does not care
I purchased tickets to the Alabama vs Texas game months ago. Ticketcity took my money but never put the tickets in my account. When I called them 2 hours before game time I talked to 3 different agents who all promised different things: that I’d get the tickets, that they’d replace the tickets, that they would give us a full refund. NONE OF THIS HAPPENED. We couldn’t get into the game (despite paying thousands for it and flying all the way down to Austin). It ruined my 30th birthday. It ruined our weekend. This is a disgraceful company. STAY FAR AWAY.

Hiccup getting in to event! Purchasing the tickets was a breeze but…
Purchasing the tickets was a breeze but when it came to getting in to the event the people checking us in couldn’t read the tickets with their scanners. Other people in the same predicament started piling up and finally they just told us to go in.
