The seats where okay think two or three years ago 5they where better and a bit less. But we did have fun just one person two seats in front kept blowing all this smoke. And as much tickets I buy from these guys you would think you start to get better discount guess not. Anyways over all it was good. Again price was just the bit problem.

All tickets were in different locations
I purchased 4 tickets for the pavilion to take my 3 nieces and nephews under 17 to an event. They provided 4 tickets all in completely separate locations. I have to barter with other concert goers to trade seats with me so I wouldn't be forced to separate a bunch of children at an event with 10,000 people. Horrible experience will never purchase tickets from this provider ever again

Ordered tickets in March..never…
Ordered tickets in March..never received tickets for the game..traveled 3 hours from home..booked a hotel..took a vacation day from work..had 2 kids looking forward to this day for 5 months..all the while emailing with “TicketCity” who reassured me several times I will receive the tickets..finally found out 2 hours before game time that there is no tickets..and the seller will receive a bad report..does that help me or my beyond upset kids?? NO!!! Then to have TicketCity let me know I’ll have a $55 credit towards my next purchase is laughable..you could have done your job as the seller when I first contacted you about not receiving my purchase..could have saved a lot of money and time!!!!!!

I bought tickets to go to Joe Rogan…
I bought tickets to go to Joe Rogan last weekend and since they weren’t in my name they wouldn’t let me in and I have yet to get a refund. I kept calling them all last week to have them change the tickets to my name and was calling up until when we were actually on our way to the event. They kept promising that my new tickets were being sent to my email but what they finally ended up sending was a picture of the original purchasers ID half blocked out 30 minutes after the show started. Of course the venue did not accept it and not only did we not get to see the show but I am out $500. I was so hopeful that they would help figure it out but it just never happened. Not a great experience at all unfortunately.
