I bought a jacket from ThrottleChimp via their eBay shop - the whole process was really good, with excellent communication from ThrottleChimp throughout. The first size I ordered was too large, so I needed to send it back and get a smaller size instead - this was a very smooth, easy process. Recently placed an order with these guys and I clearly made a mistake on my side ordering the wrong size helmet, I immediately messaged on the support but I knew they were closed already at this point, I was then worried they may send this first thing Monday and lead to having send it back causing a length delay. I then out of surprise got a reply for a staff member called Jamie explain they were closed but he would get it resolved for me first thing. Amazing customer service and excellent communication throughout would highly recommend these guys to anyone, also the product pricing was great, thanks again throttlechimp look forward to using you again down the line
