I was extremely impressed with the professional, helpful and very patient attitude of the staff. Connor was the gentleman I saw and he went out of his way to help me with all aspects of the phone and contract etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone. A very pleasant surprise and example of great service.

After being greeted in a warm and friendly fashion, George listened carefully to an issue that I was having with signal strength in my house. He then spent a considerable time explaining the various things that he felt could be causing the problem. It was such a breath of fresh air to be treated in such a polite and patient manner. Thanks George, your time and technical knowledge were much appreciated!

The Assistant Manager was welcoming, friendly and helpful. He solved my problem quickly.
He also shared with me my phone use and roaming facilities and suggested alternative plan(s) with no pressure to make an immediate decision. It was a successful visit.

Conner and George at the Winchester branch were very helpful in understanding which devices meet my needs best, as well as taking the time to breakdown costs. They were calm and compassionate to me, which is hugely appreciated as a person with a disability. They made sure that I left with everything I need and helped to remove barriers to support by building a good rapport. I left a happy customer

What a refreshing experience here today with Aqil, swiftly sorting out a new contract for me and adding my husband on, we came away paying so much less than we were with unlimited data and EU roaming. The man knows his stuff! Husband very happy that he's ditching O2 who he's been with for a decade with their poor coverage and an overpriced contract. Thanks Aqil, you rock.

Very swift and efficient service and recognised my long custom to get us a good deal.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I felt well looked after and not rushed. Would highly recommend.

I popped in to ask about signal being down in my local area, and Connor Jack was very helpful in looking it up and explaining why I was having troubles, and when the issues would be resolved.
I also mentioned in passing that I was having troubles running out of data, and that I hadn’t been able to upgrade online. He set about to find me a new contract offer, at a really good price.
And offered advice on a few other issues which nobody had ever fully explained before.
Thank you so much for all the help, it really did make the whole experience faster and easier than ever!

Fantastic service, no faff, fast and tailored to my requirements.

I came into this store with an enquiry over billing.
Having a conversation with the manager, Conner, and he was able to raise my concerns with the issue.
Hopefully this matter will be resolved in the near future.

Jack and Aquil really helped me with all my questions and problems! Helped me set up my new wifi box! Great customer service!
