Went in to re new my contract as I've never had a problem with service or coverage with 3 , sonny was there to help us out again ! For the last 4 yrs sonny has sorted us out with the best deals and kept us in the loop with upcoming changes ! A job well done by all staff but was a great experience dealing with sonny again

My experience was great because of the staff
My experience was great because the service provided by Alina she was very kind, very respectful and because she could speak another language it was so helpful because my dad doesn’t speak English so they could communicate and it created a sense of comfort and stability. She was also very knowledgeable on what to do, the way she explained was simple and straight forward.

I asked about data that included minutes and text and she said yesss but when I come home and call 3 service he told me that I only get 10 GB data there is no any minutes or text!!! I'm very disappointed
