the store 3 (Three)…Slough high street
I recently visited the store 3 (Three) and was assisted by a kind gentleman named Tahmid. I explained that I was interested in upgrading to the Samsung S26 Ultra and was also considering getting a new phone for my daughter.
Tahmid clearly explained the value of my current phone and what I would need to pay on top. I did check with another provider beforehand, but they offered less than £100 for my Samsung S21—£64 to be exact—which wasn’t very appealing. Because of that, I decided to return and proceed with the upgrade.
The whole process of purchasing the S26 Ultra was smooth and straightforward. I was pleasantly surprised to also receive a case and Galaxy Buds Pro 4, which I did not expect. The second phone I purchased was also excellent and even came with two different charging options.
Overall, I had a very positive experience and really appreciated Tahmid’s helpful and professional service.

Tahmid was very helpful in store, helped me with a number transfer I’ve been trying 2 months to do and customer service on the phone were no help they wasted my time for 2 weeks but thing sorted it immediately definitely will be coming to the store from now on.
