Excellent in store customer service .
I visited the Scarborough branch in store shop today to ask about data roaming and the assistant Chris was very helpful.
He explained how to use data roaming and how to set it up on my phone. I came out with a better deal than I was currently on which also included data roaming very happy customer :)

Brilliant service and a great deal
Brilliant service and a great deal. I got a lot of help with my phone from the fantastic young chap Matty. He gave me a really good deal much better than what I was paying before. He even got a code to keep my number for me. Very easy.

I am a customer with Three I only popped in for a little help and I have to say Marty was fantastic. Solved my issue got me set up with threes security too which is cheaper than the one I was using. Good bunch of lads.

From sad to happy in 3 minutes!
I was in a really sad place due to my phone etc being hacked. However Christopher knew exactly what to do and had me sorted incredibly quickly! He even helped me get a new phone, with a few freebies! He was wonderful, and so incredibly helpful! I left the shop so happy and relieved that the nightmare was over! The freebies were the cherry on the top! I’ll definitely go in store again whenever I need to update mine or the kids’ phones! Thank you
