Great service from Andy and Paul. I had a virus on my phone and had my phone fixed for free. I also switched my broadband to Three for half the price I was paying. Very happy

Had a huge problem with my phone
Had a huge problem with my phone, couldn't get anything to work, came into north shields shop today and seen Brett, I had to get a different phone as mine was completely broken. Service was fast, helpful and I'm very satisfied with outcome. Would recommend Brett and three shop in North shields to anyone

Don't fall for the order not completed lie
I went to to collect an item I had ordered online, Paul the assistant manager lied and said the order had not completed so he immediately without asking me started showing me how much he could do the item for, guess what it was more than I had signed up for online. When I told him I would not be signing up with him he walked to his manager who told him to "sign me up"
He did not pull my order up or even check in the back to see if my order was there. I walked out an unhappy customer.
I rang 3 as soon as I left and told them what had happened they assured me Paul had lied to me so he could have the sale in his shop. They are currently investigating this.
So a heads up if you go to 3 in north shields, a guy with a horrendous comb over is waiting to scam you.

The staff were very keen to help and very knowledgeable about the products. They gave me clear and precise instructions on what to do after. They even helped put my screen guard on, advised me about an issue I had with my Wallet software, and helped register me for Samsung products.
Honestly, they couldn't have been more helpful and I'm glad I went there!
