Superb customer service and care
Superb customer service and care. The Three Newark team are all fantastic to deal with. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable they are excellent with providing solutions and assistance with mobile phone needs and guidance. I have been a customer for several years and the service and support with the Three Newark team is consistently excellent. Highly recommend.

A real help, sorted my problem 😁
Went in to the Newark store on the off chance someone could help with a settings problem on my Samsung phone which had lost its connection to WiFi calling. I spoke to Chris who was really helpful and sorted the problem for me and I'm not even a customer of Three. He knew exactly where to go in the phone settings. A Life saver for an old man with little knowledge on phone set up.

Amazing experience
Amazing experience, very helpful staff. They not only saved me money moving from O2 but were also incredibly friendly. They offered to transfer over my data to my new phone while explaining features that would benefit me. Jasmine was lovely and helped me out a lot.
