I went into 3 and got the best service from Javeria, she was extremely welcoming and kind and helped resolve my issue. I upgraded my sim and got a great offer thanks to Javeria for her help.

Seen to quickly. Jaz was great!
She was clear, sorted cancelling and renewing my contracts really quickly.
Also appreciated the step by step instructions on cancellation.
Shame I couldn’t just cancel in store though!

The staff was good
The staff was good. The guidance they give is absolutely perfect. Especially one of the staff member named Anto, she is really nice. Friendly dealing it was.

Hayley who served us was incredibly friendly, helpful and talked to us about the phones we had been looking at, and guided us to one that was most suitable, then gave us a range of pricing options to allow us to choose the best option for us. A very enjoyable transaction, and a credit to Three!
