Kyle was brilliant! We took my gran in to the Livingston store to sort out her phone and some issues she was having. Kyle was very patient and understanding, and sat with us for an hour sorting it all out. We really appreciated him taking the time to help us. Thank you very much!

Great service
Great service, both Craig and Lewis were excellent, they talked me though lots of different plans to make sure I got the right one that suited not only me but my child and both parents. They even helped with keeping our same numbers which was great.

Craig and his manager amazing Service
Craig and his manager (Richard) were fab! Highly recommend been with T-Mobile and then EE for such a long time, everyone knows the price of contracts are ridiculous! I was recommended Three popped in and was given 2 costs by Craig, popped back to EE and they couldn’t get anywhere near the price! Highly recommend not only the customer service but the prices are fab!!
