Excellent Customer Service
Went to store to price up an upgraded on one phone, and advice on how to fix a virus issue on a recently purchased phone.
Olivia provide a range of options, listening to requirements and provided three options that not only met our requirements, but also kept payments very close to what we were currently paying.
She wasn't pushy, answering questions and providing concise answers.
The virus isue, was dealt with by a colleague (I didn't get his name) quickly identifying the infected app causing the issue, and doing what was needed to resolve the issue.
He also identified apps I had transfered from my old phone that could cause issues in the future, advising on app pre-loaded in the phone which would provide protection from viruses.
The level of service, understanding, and advice was excellent.
Highly recommend this store.

Incredible help from Jamie the store…
Incredible help from Jamie the store manager! After 5 weeks of trying to sort out a problem with sky mobile, Jamie sorted the problem in 10 minutes!! He needs a pay rise!! I’m a very happy lady.
