We were in the kings Lynn store today and saw Afton who was friendly and very helpful she sorted out me a new phone plus tablet she was very informative and answered any questions that I had would definitely recommend the store

Tried everything to solve the problem we had. Advised that my phone due to its age needed replacing.

My husband and I were served today by Nat. We had a laundry list of things we needed to sort out from new phones to changing contracts. We received 5* service, NAT was friendly and knowledgeable and gave us numerous options to choose from. Highly recommend.

I don't normally write reviews online. However, this time I felt that it wasn't only fair but deserved. I bought a new device and was afraid that my information would be Lost during the setup of the new device. I also got a new watch that i was unsure on how to pair it with the new device. Pedro was absolutely amazing in terms of the help given. He helped me transfer my information from the old device to the new one and paired the watch as well. Nothing was too much trouble and I left knowing that it I need any other assistance with my device i can rely on him. This is the type of service that makes you go back to store, because I'm sure that i Will get the support that I need. Will recommend Pedro to my friends and Family.

Had a problem with a phone call that fraud
Had a problem with a phone call that turned out to be Fraud. I am a Sky customer but the phone call got me to sign up frauduently to 3. I went into the 3shop where Sam, Ben and Vaida were so kind and did everything in their power to solved the situation from contacting customer service to reporting to fraud team. It was proven to be fraud and it could of turned out really bad for me. A huge thank you to the team who really took good care of me on both visits to 3 shop totalling over 3hrs. Brilliant team.

Been coming to the shop in king's Lynn since having mobile and have always found the staff Very polite and knowledgeable about there work.i always try to see Pedro as I find him easy to talk to about any problems.But if he's not available the other staff are just as helpful.Would i recommend this shop to friends and family yes I would .

Fantastic Staff
My wife and I have had to go into the Kings Lynn store a number of times over the last 2/3 months, due to technological problems that we did not understand.
We have dealt with Nat, Ben and Pedro, and their knowledge and understanding in dealing with elderly customers, like us, we can only be described as exemplary, and are a credit to Three.
We would just like to say a sincere thank you to these three men for all their help.
