The person that I spoke to regarding My Broadband & options available was very helpful & very polite, I didn’t feel rushed or pressured in anyway, I went to the shop on Ipswich & I saw on His name tag that His name is Charlie, excellent customer skills.

Came in because my phone was playing up cause i downloaded a bad app on my phone. Came in saw Winnie, asked me to sit and helped me out with mu phone. She gave me tips on what to and not to download. Wish i vould take her home with me.
