I had an extremely disappointing experience with Three, and I feel compelled to warn others.
I was given a deal by a representative named Uzair, who clearly told me that my monthly bill would be around £44. However, within just two months, I was charged significantly more — first £47 and then nearly £50. This is not what was agreed, and it feels very misleading. If you promise a certain price, you should stick to it or at least clearly explain any changes in advance When I contacted customer service in store to raise this issue, the experience got even worse. Instead of addressing my concern properly, the staff were rude and unprofessional. One of them even laughed and said, “it’s just £6,” which is completely unacceptable. It’s not about £6 — it’s about honesty and respect towards customers.I also asked to speak with Uzair, the person who gave me the deal, but they was told he wasn’t available and that no one else could help me. I was asked to come back another day. When I asked what would happen if he had left the job, they simply said there was nothing they could do. This shows a serious lack of accountability and customer support.
Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. The billing is inconsistent, the communication is poor, and the staff attitude is unacceptable. I would not recommend Three to anyone. Customers should not be misled or treated like this.

As someone with virtually no technical knowledge I visited the Three store in Ilford to ask for help with mobile roaming. I had spent days worrying about whether I would receive help and whether the staff would be patient with me. I need not have worried at all. I spoke to Zain and he took total charge of what needed to be done. He was so professional, kind, understanding and very willing to help me. Zain is a credit to the company and I do hope he is valued as I couldnt have had a better experience. I will recommend this store to my family and friends if they need help with a problem. All the staff had a very professional but friendly manner and because Zain was so kind and put me at ease I would not hesitate to return to the store in Ilford for assistance in the future.
