John was fantastic, he was so helpful, I was having an absolute nightmare with my phone and John sorted it within 10 minutes, he is a credit to your company , I hope he gets the credit he deserves, technology is advancing very quickly and us older generation can't keep up

Dan helped me out with a problem on my phone and talked to me about the broadband and fully demoed the whole thing and how to install and set it up. I would never go to another network because the in store service is so good.
