10/10 customer service
We went into store today trying to cancel a contract and within our cooling period as at another store we were put into a contract for a really high price for what we were receiving.
Called numerous times and ended up coming in to the Halifax store for in person help.
Shah helped us amazingly, was extremely patient helping us cancel and also as we didn’t want to loose our mobile number so shah helped us find a new sim only contact for half of the price, we also signed up to a home broadband with 3 for less that we were originally paying for a sim only contract.
The staff are all extremely helpful and polite, the store is well maintained and clean and the atmosphere is very professional.
Very happy with the help we received today

Got a good deal. Great customer service
My previous contract had expired and so I shopped around for the best new deal. Visited the 3 Store in the Woolshops, Halifax and spoke to Shah. After comparing the offer from 3 with others, I returned the next day as it was the best deal. Adil, Assistant Manager, was courteous and helpful in setting up the new contract.

I did & was told you cannot have this service as you are a
business customer!As it did not work it was returned, the manager inspected the item and said it was ok.
Adil will sort the paper work out and cancel your contract, but he didn't`t and two months on I am now getting demands for non payment ,all because of Adil!

Hi Steven, we think you might have tapped 5 stars by mistake because what you’ve been put through is the opposite of a smooth experience. You took the broadband on a simple 30‑day approval, followed the advice you were given, returned the device when it didn’t work, and were told the contract would be cancelled. Instead, you’re now facing payment demands that only exist because the paperwork wasn’t completed when it should have been. The “business customer” explanation doesn’t match how the service was sold to you, and the responsibility for fixing this sits entirely with the team who handled your account. What needs to happen now is a full review, cancellation backdated to the return date, removal of all charges, and a formal complaint so the mishandling is properly addressed. If you’d like, I can help you write a message that gets this sorted quickly.
