Excellent service
Replaced my old iPhone SE with a new iPhone 17 E which I bought outright at a competitive price in their Farnborough store
I was dealt with quickly by a very polite and helpful young man who helped me transfer everything across to the new phone
The whole process was very simple and without the usual stress involved in such matters. The new phone is now working very well indeed with very little fine-tuning left for me to do myself.
A very good experience indeed

Excellent service
Ahyan served us and we came for a new sim card. He not only helped us with that but reduced the amount i pay monthly on other contracts. Over all so helpful and really knowledgeable. We have always had excellent service at this Farnborough branch. Highly recommend it

Excellent Service
As a long-standing customer, popped into store to assist a friend (Jeff), who has social/medical issues with a budget in mind.
Cerys (sales assistant) offered a warm welcome then went onto patiently go through the options for Jeff, spending time sourcing the right options, she could not have been more helpful, a credit to Three UK, there was also input from the store manager at that time (James) who equally was polite and courteous who clearly again wanted the best for Jeff himself.
The visit was productive and Jeff came away with excellent advice and a contract suited to his needs.
Cannot praise enough the performance of both staff members who offered exceptional customer service.
