Exceptional customer service from Noor
I spoke to Noor who was exceptionally professional from start to finish. She explained everything clearly, listened carefully to what I needed, and made the whole process of switching my sim provider feel effortless. Her warm, friendly manner turned what could have been a stressful call into an absolute pleasure. It’s rare to come away from a customer service genuinely impressed, but she absolutely achieved that.
