The Personal Touch
The sales agent that dealt with me could not have been more helpful.
He supplied me with a new broadband router and sim card to replace my old out-dated one and clarified and updated elements of my account about which I was either confused or had forgotten.
As a senior citizen with limited computer skills he walked me through every aspect of our contractual transactions and their obligations and benefits, including persuading me to sign up to Three for my mobile phone (a much more generous deal than that offered by my current provider). He also helped me to deal with transferring to Three from my previous provider.
I feel much more satisfied and confident in knowing that the Coleraine office is reasonably close by should I encounter any problems or need advice.
There is nothing to compare with the personal touch!
