I cannot thank the staff at 3 store…
I cannot thank the staff at 3 store Chiswick specially Shahzil and the store manager for their help in sorting out our sim and phone issues after my son’s phone got stolen. They went above and beyond helping us ensure that our sim was secured, helped us get a better deal then before and on top of that helped us find a brilliant replacement and a top rate price all the while providing exceptional service and reassuring us in what we thought was a dire time. We can’t thank them enough and will definitely be back to do more business with them soon!

Quiet and efficient help.
I was helped by Shahzii Huma to deal with a query regarding my account. She dealt with it very professionally and got in touch with the right departments to solve it. This was in the Chiswick High Road branch today.
