I honestly couldn’t fault the service I received from Saira, the assistant manager from the Cardiff St Davids store. She was absolutely fantastic and is a real asset to Three UK!
From the moment I came in, Saira took the time to understand my needs and talked me through all the options available without rushing me at all. I never once felt like I was simply being sold products or pushed into spending more money. Instead, she genuinely listened, took my requirements into consideration and made sure I understood what would work best for me and my family.
She even spent time demonstrating different products and explaining everything thoroughly, which made the whole experience so much easier. She also put together a package deal for me and my family, making sure everything suited our needs.
It’s rare to come across someone who is so patient, knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely invested in providing excellent customer service. Saira went above and beyond, and her professionalism and approach really stood out.
Three UK, you have a real gem in Saira! Employees like her make all the difference, and I hope her hard work and dedication are recognised. She is an absolute credit to your company.

I honestly cannot praise Saira enough. From the moment I dealt with her, she was absolutely phenomenal. Her professionalism, kindness, patience and genuine willingness to help were on another level entirely. She went above and beyond what I could ever have expected, making the entire experience an absolute pleasure from start to finish.
Saira is a true credit to Three. She made me feel valued as a customer, listened carefully to everything I had to say, and approached everything with such a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help. Her knowledge, attention to detail and exceptional customer service were second to none. It is incredibly rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in their work and makes such a lasting impression.
What really stood out was her attitude. She was friendly, approachable, patient and incredibly professional throughout. Nothing felt like too much trouble for her, and she made sure I felt supported every step of the way. She didn’t just do her job; she went the extra mile and made the whole experience genuinely memorable.
If every company had a Saira, customer service everywhere would be on another level! Employees like her are the reason customers remain loyal to a business. Three should be incredibly proud to have someone like her representing their brand, and I genuinely hope her hard work and dedication are recognised by management.
