Excellent professional service
The staff were all equally professional, understanding and helpfull. They all had the knowledge and expertise to fix my phone. My phone had a problem due to a download with endless pop ups. It was very complicated and I had to return twice. James, Nick and Declan were all calm, focused and persevered to fix the problem and make sure that my phone was working well. They explained everything and I did not feel rushed. Great team who took the stress of a malfunctioning phone and fixed it!! Thank you!!

Canterbury store have laying/cheating perssonell
I did go to store to store to buy a phone and data plan (I had £10 top ups) as I recently did finish my contract with EE (considerably worse coverage than 3). Lady I spoke in store confirmed she had phone I wanted and data plan was good as well (80G for £6). And phone I took was very basic £6.83 per month. I expect bill to come in under £13, but what you know it comes £21.83. You might ask where extra £9 from? Turns out she signed me for another sim plan for 2 years and added insurance plan on it for £4 - nothing of this was ever discussed when we was talking. no monthly bill for £21, no insurance (could understand, sneaking it in) but certainly not another sim, what I supposed to do with it - and she never gave sim card it self, likely so I would not question. Yes I did sign direct debit agreements, but I did not read them as I have not had ever this kind of deceivement, and from one of UK top brands. I do check these agreements when buying online as its all about small print and untold charges, but not in shop. Another thing I learned later on what she lied in my face is that only she (in shop) people can get £5 per month with basic data plan, turns out it is 3 policy to reduce to £5 from £10 if enter agreement rather than monthly top ups. I have been with 3 for over 10 years before trialed out EE, and I had not had this kind of interaction ever before, something that has damaged this brand, even thoe its just 1 person doing.
