Already a three customer with home broadband, but needed to upgrade my phone. Went into store and Pagan and Josh sorted me with a new A17. Pagan sorted the admin side easily, and Josh effortlessly did the technical transfer of files from my old phone onto new.
Great service all round.

After moving to 3 from EE, I have to say what a great decision. Josh went through everything patiently and even helped to make sure I was happy with my new samsung before leaving. Whilst EE will never see me again, you at 3 have been fantastic thank you josh
