Amazing service!
More than happy with our experience today. Helped by the lovely Pagan, she was very friendly & helpful. She made the purchasing of a new phone very simple, going though different options to ensure we knew what was available. Even though we live in Nottingham, we’d travel this was to speak with Pagan again if we needed any assistance!

I had a fantastic experience at the Three Store in Burton upon Trent, thanks to Pagan. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions without any pressure, and made the whole process easy and stress-free.
It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service these days, where someone genuinely cares about helping rather than just making a sale. Pagan is a real credit to the Three team, and I left the store feeling valued as a customer.

3 APP Unreliable
The 3 App is not fit for purpose. It does not accurately in any way track my monthly usage re mobile use.
I have a 30gb/ month plan and from day one it said I only had 28gb?
Then over days what is left would drop erratically, but then, the amount left would go up! Surely impossible!
A few days ago what I had left dropped in one day from 22gb down to 15.4gb and I’d been at home on the WiFi all day? Today, what I have left at 2pm went back up to 20.4gb and as I write it has increased again to 22GB
It makes zero sense! Worse still, I have raised this with 3 on numerous occasions and they don’t take the issue seriously. I have evidence as I have taken numerous screenshots this month. The APP simply cannot be relied upon.

Three have written a reply and in typical 3 style they now put the onus on me to contact them again via a terrible “chat service”.
3, Three, wake up. There is a customer at the end of this who is not only unhappy but can demonstrate to you in a helpful way how your APP is FAILING to work properly. How about you reach out to me again via a phone number I can call you on with someone at the other end who actually wants to discuss the issues and then work to fine a fix. Other mobile providers offer reliable services to measure useage. 3 Three are not too big to actually talk to me surely? Please try again. Thank you, Keith Weaver
