I had such a great experience yesterday thanks to Kieran at Three. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient from start to finish. I explained that I needed to upgrade my phone early because of work, and he completely understood the urgency. Without any fuss, he handled everything quickly and professionally, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.
What really stood out was how genuinely considerate and patient he was throughout. It didn’t feel rushed or transactional, he took the time to make sure everything was sorted properly while still being impressively prompt. It made a big difference to my day, and I really appreciate the excellent service.

Fantastic service
The ease at which I was able to purchase and set up my new phone was amazing. The young man who served me was amazing, my old phone wouldn't switch on but through my pad he helped me transfer so much onto my new Android S26. I couldn't be happier and if you offer an employer of the month this young man, Babatunde, in your Bishops Stortford branch deserves it.
