This company are useless and I'm beginning to think they are running a scam. I sent for a free will and ended up paying nearly £2000 in September 2025 and iv still not got the will. They have never once been in contact with me I have had to ring them each time and I'm no further forward. Dave who came out to advice us and promised to keep in touch won't even answer phone calls iv made to him so iv had to ring the office numerous times and still had nothing back from them. I certainly would not recommend them it's obviously a scam and my family and I will be telling everyone we can to not trust this company. Obviously a SCAM.

Dave Jandhu came to see us and drew up our wills . We were sent draft copies there were a few amendments needed and Dave came back in person to rectify these went through everything again to make sure everything was correct , nothing was too much trouble .

Dave Jandu came to see me regarding making a will. I sadly lost my partner of 29 years last year and things were not quite straight forward as we had never married. Dave took his time to understand my whole situation before explaining in a very clear manner as how best to proceed. He made me feel very relaxed and did not proceed until i fully understood everything and was ready. Highly revommend Dave Jandu and Thomas Bradley.

Had a will an and poa done , Ewan walked us through everything- great service

I started a free will in October 2025 with a visit to take my details. I then heard nothing till mid January 2026 when the first draft was sent to me by email. After several changes, additions and corrections a new will was drafted and emailed to me on 1st of February. I returned the will duly signed and witnessed on 9th February and after phone calls 18th and 26th February 2026 and emails sent; I received the signed will 6th March for my retention. From start to finish it took 4 1/2 months (19 weeks) which I consider far too long for a rather straightforward will

We had a Will writing consultancy which was very thorough but in the end we decided we couldn’t afford the £2500 fee to use their services at the moment. We exercised our cooling off period and asked for a refund on the £500 initial deposit and nearly a month later we still haven’t received it x

It was very informative and did not take very long at all. July Booth who was helping me was very knowledgeable and answered my questions clearly. I recommend this service

DON’T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY!!!

They are complete fraudsters!!! You will pay for a service that is never fulfilled. When you then chase they will pass you around the departments to try avoid actually doing any work.

Trust me when I say this, it’s the worst company you could trust with such an important subject. Go elsewhere and do the research beforehand.

Do NOT use this service. The quality of the service is poor, they make arrangements to visit and then dont turn up. Then they call after missing the appointment to book another one. We agree on time and then they keep messaging or emailing randomly that appointment is cancelled. Finally a day before they call and tell that tomorrow someone will come. Then they say that the will writing service is not free(They have a tie up with my employer to give for free but still). They say it is free only for above 50yrs old and charge is 145gbp plus vat. This they could have told right at the time of taking details over call, why waste time.
As others have said, avoid at all costs.

My initial contact with Thomas Bradley & Co back in OCTOBER 2024 was very impressive when I started to arrange a Lifetime Trust. I have now paid the full amount of £6000 for the trust but still don't have it and more distressing is that now they don't even return my calls as promised or reply to any of my many emails. I have requested a full refund of my £6000 but they have also ignored this request. I am now liaising with Citizens Advice to acquire my money back as I have lost all trust in dealing with TB & Co even if they we're to now respond to me.

Edited and updated; I called as suggested and was told to write an email. Again. That was a month ago. Still no response.

Spent a few thousand pounds on additional services after using a 'free' will service recommended by my employer. This was 9 months ago and I have received nothing. They ignore emails and, as far as I have seen, have not done any work in months as I am yet to sign anything that is correct. I expect there will be a response to this public complaint simply because it’s public, and if they do, it will be the first time I've heard from them since October 2025. Avoid at all costs. I just want my money back.
