Such a warm, welcoming and relaxing place to work out, chill and pass time. I have had a great experience since joining and really love the Lift classes led by Randal, spin by Izzy and my fabulous PT Lucy! Highly recommend to those that are looking to really level up their fitness and wellbeing.

Great Gym that has everything you would need. Clean and tidy at all times. Great customer service and friendly staff. I go most days because I find it a great place to exercise and relax. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

I’ve been going to third space Islington for about 4 years now. I absolutely love the gym and the space. The trainers are great, the clientele are so chilled and the energy feels great in the gym. I love the classes and mainly focus on yoga and Pilates. With the trainers I feel like the really listen and work with you well on your goals. Looking forward to the improvements to the pool and spa and the new reformer spaces. Overall I feel like it’s an investment in myself that I love. Very much an active but relaxing space to me.

I love Third Space Islington! From the sparkling clean gym and super friendly cleaners to the lovely people on reception (Sally, Hatita, Michaela, Rita and Gus), and all the amazing class staff - Teresa, Lou, Randal, Joe, Stephanie, Peace and Kristian! Cant imagine my week without them all!! Thank you! :)

Absolutely love Third Space Islington. Sally and Micheala are always so welcoming and friendly. The club is spotless and the instructors of the classes are the best! Adrienne and Pearl

From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, the experience at Third Space Islington is consistently excellent.

The concierge team are always warm and welcoming, no matter the time of day, and Sally in particular is endlessly helpful and professional.

I never used to do classes at my previous gym, but the classes here have completely changed that. The Islington instructors are brilliant — Ellie, Mary and Hannah always make you work hard while keeping the sessions enjoyable. They bring great energy, are personable, and genuinely make you want to come back.

Being at Third Space makes it easy to fit training around work. Everything you need is available in the changing rooms, and if you ever need anything extra, the housekeeping team are always on hand and happy to help.

The spa is a real highlight — genuinely excellent — and on the rare occasion there’s an issue, it’s dealt with quickly and efficiently.

On top of all that, the members are also very friendly, which really adds to the overall atmosphere.

A first-class gym and a pleasure to be a member

I attended Islington site today which isn’t my regular site and was so impressed with the customer service, particularly from Gus on front desk. Goes to show the service is consistent across the board. Also a fabulous Pilates class held by Fallon. I brought a guest and she loved it.

A really special space, from the team to the gym to the spa area. Super high end kit, everything is constantly cleaned and kept fresh plus they've got every amenity you'd need. Really takes you out of London's hectic vibes to clear your head and get a great session in. Highly recommend.

Exceptional facilities - great gym space/kit, high quality classes and staff, fantastic spa area and really good changing rooms. Cafe/work space and hot yoga space are also great!

The space is stunning - clean, welcoming, and designed in a way that actually makes you want to work out (welcoming staff, hotel lobby aroma, music, cleanliness of the facilities, other clientele are all to thank here). I went from dragging myself to my old gym to genuinely looking forward to going as much as I could. The spa and wet area (sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and pool) are beautiful, and the whole club is currently going through renovations expected to finish in the new year (I think!).

The classes are varied, well-run, and taught by great instructors (all around fantastic) - shout out to Jeffrey Lo (if you're in the market for a Swim PT, I couldn't possibly recommend him enough).

It can get especially busy at peak times (in my experience usually in the early morning between 6 and 8) and in the evenings monday-wednesday, but I've never had to wait long for a weight machine/bench (there always seems to be plenty of cardio equipment available).

Ultimately, there's a real sense of shared energy and commitment to fitness here that's inspiring to be around - worth every penny.

I love it here, it is a great space with amazing instructors and facilities. It has everything you need and love the swim/sauna space too! I also use Moorgate a lot before work which I find to be very busy in the changing rooms in the morning but very conveniently located near my work. I wish all the gyms were like Islington!

Best gym in Islington. I have just returned post baby and it feels so great to be back!

Fantastic gym with professional and motivating instructors, huge variety of classes at all levels. Excellent equipped gym with top of the range gym equipment and machines. Clean and well equipped changing rooms with toiletries and clean pools steam and sauna area. Looking forward to the additional space and reformer pilates next spring. Thank you for keeping me motivated!!

If everyone could attend Third Space the world would be a happier, healthier, fitter place. The club is top notch- facilities, team members, classes. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, reception are always smiling and happy to see you, instructors really motivate you and classes are varied and fun. All instructors are great but love any class by: David and Mary (to get your butt kicked and have fun doing it), Teresa, Ashley (great yoga classes, both take time creating the practice) and Rain’s sound bath is unreal. Sally at reception is always so happy to see you even if it’s bright and early in the morning. Love my time of the day at Third Space, need to make sure I always live near one! Thanks team! I have to add that Randal and his high energy classes are also amazing!!!!

Superb facilities and have loved going here for years since it opened

Third Space Islington is an amazing health club. The facilities are beautiful and are kept in great condition with a fantastic Housekeeping and facilities team that work so hard to ensure everything is clean and working. The concierge team greet you with a smile as soon as you walk in and there is so much to offer from great hot yoga, mind and body, cycle and HIIT classes, a fully equipped gym floor and a gorgeous pool and spa area. I couldn't recommend it enough!!
