I got a few trading accounts with ThinkMarkets, the support is good. However, the slippage on gold is terrible that can make your trades turn positive to negative. Most of the time when you open and close the order, the difference between your price you see and the triggerred price is around more than 20 cents negative rariance on gold. My mt4 4028232 account there is still making good profits but this make things harder. If the order execution is fairer than I can make more money. Another point not good point is slow process of money withdrawals. The good point is it is still a trustable company to put money in as I trust the support team on the ground there. If they can improve 2 above things, I believe I can invest more and they will have big clients like me. I had communicated this issue with the CM there but nothing improve so far.

Great but not as expected.....it's just a platform to trade, no human assistance at all. Not many options available to get help with your decision to place a trade.

Unprocessed withdrawals, erroneous pricing, subpar support
One of the withdrawals I requested from my ThinkMarkets account over 25 days ago has still not arrived to its destination. My request to retrieve the supporting wire transfer documentation (swift copy) have fallen on deaf ears, with the support team blaming your partner bank. It has been impossible to get clarity and transparency from you on the status of these funds. As a customer it is highly concerning that the simple withdrawal takes five times longer than advertised on your platform.
I understand that third-party partnerships are not something that firms like ThinkMarkets have direct control over, but I do believe there are obvious solutions here, which I would have been happy to work on with you on.
I'm posting this in the hopes of getting an effective and swift solution to this matter. I have reached put to your support, account management and finance teams via chat, phone and email channels, to no avail.
As for the reason for my withdrawals, a few weeks before making them, I experienced an unfortunate incident whereby ThinkMarkets applied a margin call stemming from a glitch (aka bug) in their software. The bug resulted in a miss-quoted price for a specific stock ticker, which created a margin call and liquidated all of my positions erroneously
The team's response was that this was the fault of one of their vendors (a liquidity provider) and I was not compensated for losses incurred.

Concerning Account Opening Process & Non-existent Customer Service
I strongly advise potential customers to be wary of ThinkMarkets based on my recent account opening experience. After three weeks, my account application remains unresolved due to their poor communication and customer service.
What started as a simple address verification turned into a needlessly stressful situation. Instead of clearly stating they needed my village/area name, they vaguely claimed my "addresses do not match" - a concerning statement that caused unnecessary anxiety about potential identity theft. Only after multiple follow-up emails did they clarify this simple requirement.
Their customer service team regularly ignores emails, takes days to respond, and when they do, provides incomplete or unclear information. Multiple follow-ups between 19 December 2024 and 2 January 2025 went unanswered. Today (January 6), three weeks after initiating the application, I still don't have an active account.
If this is how ThinkMarkets treats prospective clients during the onboarding process, it raises serious concerns about their service quality once you're actually trading with them. Their lack of transparency, poor communication, and apparent disregard for customer service are major red flags for anyone considering this broker.

ThinkMarkets: Threats and Silence Over Accountability
After leaving a review on Trustpilot exposing ThinkMarkets' shameless behavior, I was surprised to receive an email from them almost immediately. Their response time starkly contrasts with their claim that they need a year to conduct a so-called account review!
My account details: Account Number: 10153310 with a total amount of $95,204 including principal and profits. Since December 2023, I have made numerous attempts to communicate with ThinkMarkets, providing all relevant trading records and patiently waiting for the review results. However, instead of giving any clear conclusions, they unilaterally deducted all my profits in April this year, citing alleged “violations” in my account, yet failing to provide any evidence to back up their claims.
What infuriates me the most is their recent email, which shows no sincerity or intention to resolve the issue. Instead of addressing the problem, they are using my principal and profits as leverage to threaten me into stopping my efforts to expose their shameful actions on social media. This behavior is a blatant attempt to silence customers and is utterly unacceptable.
For a platform that claims to be "responsible," ThinkMarkets' conduct is shocking. Their actions not only disregard the legitimate rights of their clients but also attempt to stifle voices of dissent through intimidation.
I have already engaged legal counsel to draft a formal demand letter and plan to take legal and regulatory action to protect my rights. Furthermore, I will continue to expose ThinkMarkets’ disgraceful treatment of its customers across all global forex-related discussion platforms.

Depositing is easy but for withdrawal it takes long and I still not even been processed even after requesting for a withdrawal the money still remains in my account and you still able to trade with it so somehow like they don't want you to withdraw money, and they ask for lot of stuff when you want to withdraw and still my request is pending don't know when they will process it then I still gotta wait for I don't know how long or if I will even get my money so it's a problem compared to other brokers like xm for instance where you withdrawal is processed immediately and you can get your money the same day
