Fraudulent Practices at ThinkMarkets
My account was liquidated for absolutely no just cause, I complained to think Market to fix the error and restore the balance on my account, instead of doing so they sent me a falsified daily trading statement containing series of trades I never took. If ThinkMarkets fails to restored my account balance then it is very clear they are absolutely a scam outfit and if you care about your hard earn money avoid ThinkMarkets by all means, my name is Sunday Ekpe, my trading account number is 10028758.

As mentioned in our email, the findings showed no issues with our platform or liquidity providers at the time of the events. The liquidation occurred because the margin in the account was not sufficient to sustain the positions during a period of unusually high market volatility.

Delayed Withdrawal and Lack of Support
The withdrawal process is not as simple and efficient as the deposit process. After 48hrs my withdrawal remains pending. There's also no communication from customer support.
I am used to receiving my withdrawals instantly with other brokers. This is disappointing!!

Great and patient support
I am so happy with their support ,I opened two accounts with them because I had trouble with logging in,then their Support assited me to register with just one account and they made it so easy and they were so patient with me .I trust that I won't regret having them as my broker since I have also heard great recommendations from them.

Withdrawal limit sucks
I have been trading with Thinkmarkets for a while now, somehow recently they introduced a new feature that limits you from withdrawing your funds completely, there is now a deposit minimum which is higher and a limit to your withdrawal, WHAT A TERRIBLE FEATURE!
I HAVE SINCE STOPPED TRADING WITH THEM.

Stoped out and my margin was not below 50%
I have been a long time customer of thinktrader. I have a thinktrader account and using their app for trading. Recently they have stopped out my account and wiped my capital purposely while my margin level was 127%!!!I have opened trading investigation and writing emails back and fourth send them a clear evidence from their thinktrader app yet they did not issued reimbursement for me!!! I will update this review if/when I receive reimbursement but for now avoid this broker as they are not honest and they do not abide to their own published rules! I will report them to regulating bodies.
Just read their reply to me, they didint even my review "crypto withdrrawal" !Ridicolous. My issue is clrarly stateed. Stay away from them they did not reimbursed money stolen from me on unjustified stop out.
