Spoke with Zach who was beyond helpful, because of his call I discovered I was being overcharged by BT. I’d be lying if I said I understand the inner workings of broadband and telephone lines but £90(or so) a month seemed a bit steep for one line and broadband. Now my monthly bill is less than £50 with Think it Simple and Daisy Communications, I can’t recommend these guys enough!

AVOID like the plague - total scammers
Completely mis-sold a contract by these scammers. They never answer their phone - why would they? They know it's not going to be a nice chat. These people suck you in with lies and false promises of cheaper than BT deals, then here's the rub, its not even them who bill you. Its Daisy Comms who bill you and deny that any mis-selling is anything to do with themselves, but when you try to call Think It Simple it just goes to an endless automatic menu with no options that work. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Firstly they promised that we will stay on the Openreach/broadband network but when the routers arrived it was mobile routers that are very unreliable. The internet is slow and has been down 3 times in two weeks! They also dont offer support over weekends for mobile routers! As a business that is not acceptable. Trying to change it back to broadband has been very difficult as well as no one is respoding to emails or can give me an update on when it will be restored!

I was sold a new broadband and voice call phone line on the principle that I will save some money. I was quite sceptical about the fact I was still under contract with BT and I didn't want to pay twice. The person from Think It Simple, promised me that he will manage the whole transfer, that won't be a problem. Unfortunately, nothing was done and I'm ending up with a bill from Daisy (Think It Simple) and BT for a service that I've never use as the transfer was not done. Straight away I've been trying to get in touch, but NOBODY has contacted me back for the past 3 months. AVOID!

We transferred to Yealink / BT and received a W73P phone and router. We had difficulty in setting it up but we spoke to your agent Courtney Newby who was really excellent. She talked us through the set up and could not have been more helpful and generous with her time. We greatly appreciate this. Mrs McPhail.

Been off the internet and phone now for…
Been off the internet and phone now for 3 weeks, sent a sim powered router that wouldn’t work in our area, they don’t provide ee sims (only 02 or vodaphone)
Did contact them before the cut off date and was assured we wouldn’t be cut off from by until everything was ready. 9 am sharp BT ceased our line leaving us with no phone or broadband. We rely on broadband to run card machine which takes most of our payments…takes 45 mins to get through to think it simple and all they do is pass you over to daisy where we seem to be going round in circles, in short we are still with out phone and broadband 3 weeks in. THE WORST THING WE HAVE DONE. Don’t swap to these guys unless you want to loose money!! Unless sorted soon we will be seeking advice..

Absolutely do not use this company!
I have never written one of these reviews before, I'm usually so forgiving and understand that everyone is trying to do their best. But in this case, I have to say something.
I switched over from BT to Think it Simple 3 weeks ago. My business still has not internet! Which means we also have no phone. I have spent about 5 or 6 hours in the last 2 weeks on the phone to daisy, to no avail. I've been told that I can't get out of my contract because it's going to cost me £1500, and they won't even let me speak to any kind of management. I was promised an account holder, I've not spoken to him since he sold me the package and he hasn't responded to my email of complaint. They have failed to notify BT that we are leaving (which they promised to do) for both my home and business broadband so now I'm being billed twice. Theyve sent me new handsets instead of the adaptors that we agreed on, but it doesn't matter because we have no phone line working anyway. They've told me time and time again that I'm getting a new router which has been promised on different days, and has then failed to turn up. When questioned they can't even tell me why it's not turned up.
I'm now totally stuck. I have no internet, I'm being billed by 2 companies for money that we don't have and I can't leave my contract because its going to cost me £1500.
Every time I'm on the phone to them it takes over an hour and they don't even seem to care that they're providing a poor service.
If you think BT are bad, these guys are next-level! I have nothing but regret for moving from BT and I don't even know how to move forward from here now.
Please don't use this company! It's cost my business money and a HUGE amount of time. I've already wasted the money I've saved with Think it Simple/Daisy on trying to get hold of them and having no internet.
