Pretty straight up guys!

Pretty straight up guys! I enjoy the community as well for quick answers for help with resolving issues or figuring out what to do next. The mentors know their stuff, and as students and sellers themselves they come with real world experience. This is about as updated and progressive a program you can find. In fact! they absorbed a couple businesses in the space because they can't keep up, unlike the zab guys. It's easier for them since there's two of them, lol. It would have otherwise taken me years to acquire all of the knowledge and constant access to information, advice, helping me navigate situations, a second opinion, input of any kind, etc...and avoided lots of money in mistakes I have no doubt.

Zab Twins are Scams

They are definitely getting most of their money from their students. There’s no money to be made on Amazon FBA. Found out the hard way. They also won’t give you a refund as this is their only income. You can just watch free videos on YouTube and get scammed by Amazon instead of both of them.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way, but we do want to clarify a few important points.

Amazon FBA is a real business model, but like any business, results are never guaranteed and depend heavily on the product selected, execution, consistency, decision-making, and how well the process is followed. We provide our students with structured training, resources, support, community access, group calls, and one-on-one support calls so they are not trying to navigate the process alone.

After reviewing your account, the last call we see booked was a Development Call. We do not see that a Pre-Order Momentum Call, Post-Order Momentum Call, Listing Review Call, or any PPC Calls were booked. These calls are specifically designed to support students through key stages of the process, including ordering inventory, launching, reviewing the listing, and optimizing PPC.

While we provide the resources, training, and support to help students succeed, it is also important that students use the support available to them and follow the processes taught inside the program. This includes attending calls, asking questions when issues come up, using the community, and getting guidance before making important business decisions.

Regarding refunds, our refund policy is clearly outlined at the time of purchase. That said, our team remains available to support students who want to continue working through the process and use the resources provided.

We genuinely want our students to succeed, and we’re always willing to help when students engage with the support systems available to them.

My Experience With The Twins...

I first came across The FBA Start-Up, The Zab Twins, and the Twins themselves (Arek & Brian) back in January 2025 after following and knowing about the possibilities of Amazon FBA and the Amazon platform in general for almost 10 years at that point. To be totally candid: I was a little uneasy at first, as I know the FBA space had a lot of sleaziness and bad intentioned people in the space, but that all changed in a heartbeat when I got to know the team behind the screen. The coaches, support staff, and the Twins themselves are some of the most high-integrity, hard-working people you will ever meet. They make a tough industry turn into a worthwhile challenge, with people backing you up that you will 100% know will have your best interest in mind. I know if you are reading this you probably have had my similar experience of sleaziness and trickery in the FBA world, but I am telling you now: you will NOT find a better support system to succeed in this industry than The FBA Start-Up, and their ecosystem of partners. They most likely will change your life for the better, in one way or another!!

I joined FBA Start-Up with absolutely no experience in Amazon FBA, and to be honest, I was nervous about making the investment. What stood out to me almost immediately was how supported I felt throughout the process. The program lays everything out step-by-step, and whenever I had questions, there was always someone willing to help.

This definitely isn't a "get rich quick" program - you have to put in the work - but if you're willing to show up, ask questions, and take action, the guidance and mentorship are there. The weekly calls, coaches, and community made a huge difference and helped me stay accountable when things felt overwhelming.

One of my favourite parts has been connecting with other students who are on the same journey. Starting a business can feel lonely, but this community genuinely wants to see each other succeed!!

SCAM; a personalized form of robbery

Slimy and manipulatively friendly. They make big promises and have perfected their pitch + image, but in reality, all they want is your money—and as much of it as possible. They want "customers" to be emotional and naive so they won't think critically; they want control over your decisions (using subtle psychological tricks where every question serves to size you up and figure out the best way to get your hands on your money). They are very reluctant to talk openly about money or their course fees and avoid being transparent with the client. They sell a course—allegedly worth $9,000—to the first ten customers for $6,500 just to manufacture a sense of scarcity. They would even follow you onto a Zoom call while you contact your bank, just to ensure the funds become accessible. It’s a personalized form of robbery. At first, I was bombarded with messages across every channel (email, WhatsApp, SMS), but the moment I asked to see the contract documents, I suddenly ceased to be of interest. They also create chaos (firmly scheduled appointments are supposedly postponed for odd reasons—then not, then yes, then no, to make you chasing their offer). There are psychological tests to see whether and to what extent you are willing to cross your own boundaries or let others cross them. Everything is also timed in very quick succession so that you don't have time to think clearly about it. It's strategic calculated financial abuse. Trust your gut!!! Only selfish/
selfentitled people with no remorse rob others to thoses extend, by twisting high values like support/help to use it for their reckless greed.
They write themselfes positive comments here on trustpilot, to hold the evaluation high enough (alle ,,Kunden - Bewertungen", die unter anderem so perfekt mit Absatz und Leerzeile geschrieben sind, wie ihre eigenen anschliesenden Kommentare).
Um den score zu neutralisieren (haben mich per e-mail kontaktiert, dass sie meine negativ Bewertung entdeckt haben), haben sie nach meiner Bewertung innerhalb von 3 Stunden, 3 neue Kundenbewertungen geschrieben (von 33 auf 36 Bewertungen). Allways repeating patern.

Join this course, you won't regret it!!

I've enjoyed every part of the experience so far!! I joined this course at the end of 2025 and it was all a totally new experience to me. I came across The Zab Twins through a free live training where they were teaching as guests, and signed up for their program shortly after that. The course is laid out perfectly to lead someone from start to finish with the whole process.

I had actually tried another Amazon course a few years ago and it just wasn't for me..., so to be 100% honest, when I first heard about this program I was a little hesitant to join. But they took time to give me a one-on-one phone call and tell me a little more about how the program works, after that I was SO excited to get started!

During my onboarding call with Indra she walked me through every part of the program so there was no confusion getting started. The tier I joined includes one-on-one mentorship calls (valid for the first year), live group calls, recordings of past group calls, access to their community, and much more.

Currently I've just had a call with Robert, one of the mentors, and am now placing the deposit on my first order! The twins, Arek and Brian, are quick to answer any questions whether it's on a live call or in the community, and they've gone above and beyond to help me with anything I've needed along the way! The whole FBA Start-Up team is great and I have only good things to say about this program and their amazing support!

If you're considering joining this course, do it!! There's no better time to start your Amazon business! :)

Misleading “Self-Paced” Program + Poor Tools + No Flexibility Past 12 months

I initially signed up for The Zab Twins FBA Gold program for approximately $5,000.

A big reason I chose this program was because it appeared more legitimate and less “sales-y” than what many other Amazon FBA programs offer. It seemed like there was a strong community and a genuine intent to help people succeed.

The program was also marketed as self-paced, which led me to believe I could move through it on my own timeline. It also included 12 one-on-one coaching sessions, which I expected to use as I progressed through the program.

Due to work and other personal commitments, I did not complete the program within 12 months. When I later reached out to use the mentorship calls, I was informed that they had expired permanently and could not be reinstated.

This was not clearly communicated upfront. While it may exist somewhere in the fine print, it was not emphasized in a way that reflects how significant this limitation actually is—especially given that a major portion of the program’s value effectively disappears after 12 months, despite being marketed as flexible and self-paced.

Additionally, the program heavily promotes its internal product research and setup tool (AstroPro). In my experience, this tool was difficult to use, unintuitive, and not effective. Rather than helping me move forward, it contributed to me getting stuck in the product discovery phase.

When I contacted the team to discuss options, there was no willingness to offer any flexibility or reasonable accommodation. The only solution presented was to purchase additional calls, which reinforces the upsell-heavy nature of the program.

At this price point, I expected clearer expectations, better support, and tools that actually help users make progress. Overall, the experience felt misaligned with how the program was presented.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, and we do want to take a moment to provide some important context.

You enrolled in the Gold program on March 19, 2025. As outlined in the agreement signed at enrollment, the included 12 one-on-one mentorship calls are valid for 12 months. This is not intended to be hidden or unclear, and it is also reviewed during onboarding. In your case, your onboarding call with Indra took place on March 21, 2025, where the program structure, included support, and 12-month call access period were covered.

You also completed a feasibility call on May 5, 2025. After that, we did not hear from you again until March 2026, when you let us know that you had placed Amazon FBA on hold for approximately 8 months due to a new job and were looking to get back into the process. We then heard from you again on May 24, 2026, after the 12-month mentorship period had already passed.

While we genuinely understand that life and work commitments can come up, the same 12-month mentorship timeline applies to all students. As much as we would like to make exceptions in every individual circumstance, doing so would not be fair or consistent for the rest of the student community.

We also want to clarify that our team did reach out on May 25, 2026 to discuss available options and provide guidance, but we have not yet received a reply. Our goal has never been to leave you without support. We have made several attempts to help you move forward within the structure of the program.

Regarding the self-paced nature of the program, students are able to move through the course material at their own pace. However, the one-on-one mentorship component has always had a 12-month validity period, which is designed to help students stay accountable and make meaningful progress within a realistic launch timeline. Many students are able to complete the process and launch within 6 months when they are actively working through the program, attending calls, and using the available resources.

At the time of your review, our records show that approximately 25% of the course had been completed and no group coaching calls had been attended. We mention this only to provide context, as the program does require active participation in order to see results.

We are sorry that AstroPro did not feel intuitive or helpful for you. Like any tool, it works best when paired with the training, mentorship calls, group support, and implementation process. That said, we appreciate the feedback and are always looking for ways to improve the student experience.

We wish you the best moving forward and remain open to continuing the conversation if you would like to reply to our team’s most recent message. Our intention has always been to support students who are actively working through the process, while also maintaining fair and consistent policies for everyone in the program.

EXCELLENT Choice

I am particularly not a tech savvy person but really wanted to do business on Amazon. Joining the FBA Start-Up program was best decision I could have made with regards to this. And I mean the absolute BEST!!! I started out on the platinum program and then upgraded to Emerald.
At first, it seemed overwhelming but with regular participation in the weekly group calls, the high level of expertise of the twins and their fantastic team and the patience with which they responded to every issue, it was easy to catch on.
The twins and their team are constantly exploring new, better and smarter ways of crushing it (in their language). The enthusiasm is contagious and the support is SOLID. The best part of this team is their desire to see you succeed. You NEVER are alone. Your struggle is everyone's struggle even at a cost to them. Most programs would promise so much but in the end only look out for their balance sheet, but not these guys. They are not just good at what they do, they also kind and considerate. They have the milk of human kindness.
I strongly recommend this program to anyone looking to start a business on Amazon. You will be exposed to up-to-date techniques, softwares and literally everything you need to succeed. This program does not just do what it promises, it delivers more

Misleading and Unfair access revoked after paying $6000


I joined The Zab Twins’ FBA Start-Up Program after being promised unlimited access to their private community, the ability to go at my own pace, and that the course would be regularly updated with new content. These promises were made on their sales calls and reflected on their website.
I paid $6,000 USD over the phone, plus another $402 for their software, trusting those assurances. Recently , my access to both the course and community was suddenly revoked without warning or explanation.
When I asked why, they claimed it was due to “non-participation,” which was simply not true. I regularly logged in, checked updates, and even had recent email exchanges with a couple of their staff about the program. Meanwhile, others who were far less active kept their access.
It felt dismissive, inconsistent, and unfair. What they promised and what they delivered were completely different. I would not recommend this program to anyone and advise to steer well clear .They refused to refund me I went to Better Business Bureau in Canada who raised a complaint with them but they failed to respond this will go on their record they said

They have a legitimate program but…

They have a legitimate program but don't offer support to their students. Everything costs money and you can't get a hold of anyone. I was paying $350/month for PPC management and discovered they were sending me copy and pasted reports without updating information. I presented my questions and was immediately dropped without compensation. It become very scammy and like an intense money grab. They care about getting you started but as you launch they drop their support and its very disappointing and hard to get in touch with anyone.

The Best FBA Program Out There

Where to start.... I was quite nervous to sign up with them, but was really comforting was the video message I received from one of the Twins personally that further explained FBA.

From the beginning I was quite impressed as they no only teach you how to start your own business, they also put importance on mindset. I honestly never thought twice about mindset until now, and it is a game changer when you are in the ecommerce world. The course was easy to follow and I really like the extra worksheets provided to not only guide you, but to help track specific items that have become pertinent in the process and in my current business. The amount of support that is offered is unparalleled to many courses out there, trust me, I have tried another that did not end up well. The Twins not only have weekly calls, but they offer 1 on 1 call with mentors to help along the way. They built in check points in the course are helpful to ensure that you do no miss a step. I also found the community among students helpful, and even made some dear friends from the community.

I have had great success with my business and owe it all to the program. I would highly recommend this anyone who is looking at getting into FBA.

Legit program and trustworthy team

I’m coming up on a year in the program and preparing to launch my first product, and overall, this has been an incredibly valuable experience. This course is centered on building a growth mindset. If you blame the program for lackluster results, you’re missing the point: entrepreneurs take ownership. They say they only let in motivated people, and that may be true, but you still have to put in the work. The mindset calls in particular are invaluable, and I haven’t seen another program offer that level of support. Plus, the guidance on leveraging AI and navigating the ever-changing landscape of tariffs and Amazon rules is just plain smart. The twins are savvy entrepreneurs who are down-to-earth and genuinely invested in their students’ success.

When I joined, I was deciding between this and another FBA course, and I’m so glad I chose this one. From the super quick responses from Doreen to the helpful weekly meetings with Graham, I’ve always felt supported. To get the most out of this program, you have to treat it like a real class: show up, learn, ask questions, and do the work. The team is there to back you every step of the way.

Everyone on the team is approachable, responsive, and committed to student success. The twins practice what they preach as the course itself is their product, and they continuously refine it to deliver real value. I can literally see them constantly asking themselves "how could we make this even better?" I can’t recommend it enough to anyone serious about selling on Amazon and willing to put in the effort. My fiancé and I feel completely deceived and taken advantage of by this company. Before we signed up, they were extremely attentive, convincing, and made us feel supported. But the moment we paid $4,000 for their package, everything changed. The promised support vanished, my email about our membership went unanswered, and it became clear that their concern for us ended the second they had our money. On top of that, we discovered countless hidden fees and extra subscriptions that were never disclosed upfront even after discussing our financial limit of “this is what we can spend on supplies, is that fine?” And they reassured we would be paying more. What was presented as a caring and supportive program turned into a complete headache. On how much they praise themselves on support, you would think they would check in on us. We didn’t just lose our trust we lost $4,000 to a company that misled us with false promises. This has been an incredibly frustrating and expensive lesson, and I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting them. Once they lock you in, you’re on your own.
EDIT: The point of January, we already felt defeat with the amount of money we put into to enroll into the program and getting more and more fees and subscriptions thrown at us. We made it very clear with “our recruiter”before we enrolled there was a dollar amount we could spend on products, he failed to mention the numerous amount of hidden prices to pay, We came in with 0 knowledge on anything. To go a few months in to get LLC fees Astropro fees etc thrown at us, we financially couldn’t handle it anymore. And let it be known to who ever is reading this, there is a huge difference between REVENUE AND PROFIT. We knew this going on but on almost every video they have about their services, it’s only about REVENUE. And even seeing there is no activity since January. How come you can’t provide support and motivation or even a reminder?? I understand your horse saying but you can make a horse thirsty.

First, pointing to “23% of content viewed” is misleading and dismissive. We stopped because the moment we joined, the financial burden kept growing with fees and subscriptions that were never disclosed upfront, despite us making it very clear to “our recruiter” what our budget was. We didn’t stop out of laziness, we stopped because we were overwhelmed, misled, and financially drained. If a student feels blindsided by costs you never made transparent, how could they possibly feel motivated to continue?

Second, you continue to lean on the horse to water analogy, but what you fail to acknowledge is that you sold us on the idea that you’d make the process achievable and supported. Instead, once the money was in your pocket, we were left alone to deal with hidden costs, generic videos about revenue (not profit), and empty promises of support. True mentorship isn’t just dangling “calls and videos”, it’s checking in, guiding, and making sure the path you sell is actually attainable with the budget and expectations discussed.

Third, dismissing our concerns by saying we didn’t book mentor calls or attend group sessions ignores the fact that we did reach out via email about our membership and got no response. If your system truly shows “outreach from your team,” none of it felt personal, helpful, or solution oriented.

The reality is simple, this program was never transparent about costs, failed to deliver the level of support that was promised before enrollment, and shifted all blame onto us once money exchanged hands. That is not what a trustworthy company does.

We understand the concerns around costs, and we do our best during enrollment calls to outline what students may encounter when building an Amazon business. On your January call with Michael, none of these issues were raised, and we did not receive any follow-up from you to clarify or express that this was a concern.

Regarding support, it is important to note that we have provided many opportunities for you to engage with us. You have one-on-one mentor calls available that were never booked, four to five group calls every single week that were not attended, and multiple outreach messages from our team that went unanswered. In addition, only 23% of the program content has been viewed since enrolling.

We say “you can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink,” but in your case, we have done more than lead you to water; we have given you gallons of it. The resources, coaching, and community have always been available to you. The key difference lies in making use of them.

We truly regret that you feel unsupported, but we want to emphasize that the doors have remained wide open for you to participate, ask questions, and receive guidance. If you wish to re-engage, we would be happy to work with you on a meaningful path forward to help you achieve the goals you set out for.

A Real Program for Building a Real Business

As someone who just launched my first product on Amazon through this program, I can honestly say this journey has been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences I’ve taken on. After 10 months of learning, building, and preparing, I launched and surpassed my first-month sales goal! An incredible feeling that made all the effort worth it.

From the beginning, I knew this wasn’t a shortcut to success. I joined with the mindset that this is a long-term investment of time, money, and energy You have to be all in: watch the videos, ask questions, and actively engage in building your brand from the ground up.

There were plenty of setbacks along the way, but also huge wins. What made the difference was the structure of the program, the support of the mentors, and the community behind it all. I truly believe this business model is one of the best out there.

I would definitely recommend this program because it gives you the foundation to build a real Amazon business.

I will not do another course like this…

I will not do another course like this again. As always, it starts off with a lot of great promises and a lot of great support. You just always have to read the fine print.
My biggest gripe is that you pretty much get booted after a year of the course and they’re not all supportive and helpful as they try to seem. It took me from Nov 2023 to Nov 2024 to launch my Amazon business. Of course it’s faster for some, I am a mother of a toddler so I don’t have a lot of leisure time so I took my time not realizing I was about to get booted. I had about 3 calls left with an Ad manager to help me really kick off my launch. I was super excited because this is what I’ve been waiting for. However that call fell 2 days after my signup date and they said they they weren’t going to give me my last 3 calls to actually create a successful launch. I was devastated and reached out to multiple people asking if I could finish up my calls considering it was only a few days after expiration and they said I could book more calls and pay $300 for the calls. Since I was out $5500 from the course, and $4200 from buying my products (not including a ton of other expenses) I unfortunately was not able to put more money into them especially after they lost my trust. I did my launch on my own and it was alright. I made approximately $9000 in 10 weeks and you would think that’s awesome but I actually lost $2000 because of the ad spend I was doing to try to rank on Amazon (advice from my first call with them.) So I lost A LOT of money. But as always there is risk in any business.
I bought the $5500 course that says guaranteed 10K in 10 weeks. Sounds awesome right?.... Anyway some fine print for you because I made it to about $9000 in my 10 weeks after I launched and I was going to write to them to say “Hey I need some help because I haven’t hit my 10K yet. However, in the fine print they say they can do whatever it takes to get to the 10K. Meaning blow your ad budget? Make you pay for MORE services through their team? It just didn’t make sense to me since I was going to hit the 10K regardless in about a week and a half so it made it seem that the 10K in 10 Weeks program is pretty much bogus because you can make absolutely no profit.
My last gripe with them is their “community’ forum in Mighty Networks. It’s cool because you have a bunch of people who are starting and launching and you get a bunch of advice and lives to watch, but then after a year it’s $29.99. That’s just another added expense and a lot of times people after the year mark are either fed up with the lack of success or maybe they’re doing good so they don’t need the community anymore. I also saw that admins were able to delete posts and they deleted or hid my posts when I started questioning where are stories of people’s successes? Since I was in the community for over a year I was able to see people from when I first started and I got to look at their Amazon products and store for their launch but as I started digging deeper I found at the end of the year those people were no longer in the group and their pages and products were gone from Amazon making me wonder if they failed. The community overall is not great after launching and there doesn’t seem to be anyone in their with actual success stories besides maybe the Hash Stash people who seemed like they were friends of the Zab twins.
Overall, I appreciate the hard work that was put in the course and I did learn A LOT but the numbers, the support, and the success through them are iffy. I will never do another business where I have to buy a ton of products upfront and Amazon overall is just a terrible, terrible platform to be a seller because they DO NOT care about you. I finally decided to end my Amazon time in March after they took down my listing without notice, causing all my ranking to disappear because I couldn't get it back up until I fixed some terms in my product details after 2 weeks. I am currently working a different e-commerce job where I don’t have to pay thousands up front so it’s getting better but you live and you learn.

In terms of your remaining calls and expiration timing, while we always aim to be flexible where possible, the program structure exists for a reason. Amazon businesses can absolutely be launched within six months, which is why the 1-on-1 mentorship period is designed accordingly. After that window, continued mentorship is available for those who need it, and you still retain access to all group calls.

We also noticed you completed only 47% of the program. For someone who has already launched, this means you may have missed key strategies and frameworks, especially those that can help improve post-launch profitability. We strongly recommend completing the full curriculum and following the Top to Bottom Checklist to ensure you’re not missing critical steps.

Regarding your comments about the community, please know that our mentors do not delete posts. We take transparency very seriously. If you believe a post was removed, we would appreciate it if you could share the details with our support team so we can look into it. As for success stories, many are actively shared inside Mighty Networks, while others are kept private by students who prefer not to publicize their results. We fully respect their choice.

Lastly, on the 10K in 10 Weeks program, there is no fine print. The outline is straightforward. Our aim is to help students reach $10K in revenue, and your $9K milestone is still a commendable result. Profitability depends on several variables including ad strategy, pricing, and COGS, but getting close to $10K in that timeframe is a strong indicator of potential. You had reached out to us previously and we encouraged you to complete the program modules. We did not hear back after that.

I joined this Amazon FBA program June of last year, and I can confidently say it’s been one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. From day one, the support from the team has been exceptional. Anytime I have a question—big or small—they responded promptly and thoroughly. The founders are not only knowledgeable but genuinely inspiring; their leadership and dedication to helping others succeed have left a lasting impression on me.

Very supportive group

Very supportive group, the road has been long and tough but slowly we are getting there. Whenever I get really stuck the mentors will jump on a call with me and break it down nice and simply so that I understand with no excessive jargon 🤣 they provide a lot of clarity to the process and are very good at what they do.
