We honestly couldn't recommend The Wedding Travel Company enough!

From the moment we booked right through to our wedding in Corfu, everything was so well organised and we always felt looked after. Our wedding coordinator, Sue, was amazing. She handled all the communication with the hotel, kept us updated throughout, and was always happy to help with any questions or last-minute changes we had.

As the wedding got closer, we changed bits of our seating plan, added an extra bouquet, sorted out music for the ceremony and reception, and tweaked a few other details. Sue made the whole process so easy and made sure everything was passed on to the hotel, which gave us real peace of mind. The hotel had every single detail after we had a meeting with them after arriving there, not one thing was missed - we felt in the best hands possible.

The wedding day itself was everything we hoped for and more. From the beautiful ceremony to the incredible four-course meal overlooking the Corfu peninsula, the flowers, the saxophonist, and all the little details, everything came together perfectly. We honestly didn't have to worry about a thing and were able to just enjoy the day, which was priceless for us.

A huge thank you to Sue and everyone at The Wedding Travel Company for making the whole experience so smooth from start to finish. We couldn't recommend them enough.

From the first moment we enquired back in December after getting engaged to when we actually booked our wedding the service we received from Angel was like no other, usually when you enquire it goes one of two ways , they hound you and pressure you and put on a hard sell or they send you what you need and that's it . With Angel it was neither it was professional, informative but most of all so friendly and she is actually 100% genuinely wanting you to have the most magical wedding you can hear it in her voice! the way everything was explained and broken down was so calming and reassuring for a control freak like me but by the end of the first phone call I knew she was our wedding planner. We contacted 3 companies in total and we both agreed Angel was the one, no disrespect to the other planners im sure they are amazing at their jobs but if you want someone to completely remove all apprehension of booking a wedding abroad and someone so invested in your day you need to deal with Angel. I cannot thank her enough we were back and forth with venues and dates etc and nothing was ever too much trouble she even responded to us whilst on annual leave !! I am someone who struggles to let anyone do anything for me to my own detriment but their is no one and I mean no one we would trust more with our special day other than Angel, she is thee most genuine friendliest person and works with such attention to detail I promise you this is the lady you need. Thankyou so much Angel for getting us to this point its been 10+ years in the making for us and you've made everything possible so far. We shall be getting married at the Ampitheatre in Lindos in 2028!!!!

I booked with Sarah originally and then i was contacted by Kim to start planning, organising etc. and i have to say both ladies were amazing!! nothing was ever too much trouble. Made each step of the planning so easy. I cannot believe how stress free i was planning an abroad wedding.

From the very beginning, Angel has been absolutely fantastic. Planning a destination wedding can feel overwhelming, but she has made the whole process so much easier.

She has taken the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and has been incredibly patient while helping us choose the perfect location. Nothing has ever felt like too much trouble, and she’s always been happy to answer our questions and offer honest advice.

What has really stood out is her dedication. She’s even arranged calls with us on weekends to fit around our schedules, which shows just how committed she is to providing outstanding customer service.

We genuinely feel that Angel wants us to have the perfect wedding, and her knowledge, professionalism and friendly approach have given us complete confidence in our plans.

We have just booked our June 2028 wedding at palazzo Di P Zante!! We booked with the wonderful Angel she was great at helping us find our perfect venue for our budget! Would highly recommend as we really struggled with finding a venue until we got in touch with Angel.

It’s taken me a while to write this review as the last month has been a whirlwind.

This is my third and final review for wedding travel company as they ask for a review at each milestone but all have been positive and worthy of 5 stars.

We got married on the 22nd May 2026 at the coral beach hotel resort in coral bay Cyprus.
The setting was spectacular and we had an amazing holiday surrounded by many family members and close friends.

We had booked the wedding two years prior and it seemed like such a long haul. I felt it was a very worrying time as you’re not really able to see what it is your booking.

We were assigned to Sue Kariolis who I can only describe as extremely organised, kind and straight to the point. Every conversation I had with Sue and every exchanged email made it to Cyprus to the wedding coordinator Kirsty Cannings.

I had imagined for a long time what the wedding day would actually look like and I had watched other peoples videos and photographs to attempt to put it altogether but on the day I was totally blown away because it was even better than I could have ever imagined.

If I could go back and do it all again I would.

My only regret was not booking a videographer, we really didn’t think we wanted to be able to look back at the day but as you can imagine and as many people advise it does become a hazy memory as so much is going on around you.

I cannot thank everyone enough who had an input on our special day. Especially Sue and Kirsty who made all our wishes come true.

I encourage anybody who fancies having a wedding under the sun with the most beautiful views to get it booked and enjoy every second of the process because once it’s done it’s an incredibly hard fall.

Hoping soon enough I get invited to a beautiful wedding abroad because I’d love to experience it from the other side and actually try some food and cake which my guests described as spectacular:-)

Booking a wedding has never been easier thanks to the help of Eliza and Angel. They helped us pick the most gorgeous venue in Cyprus. Both ladies informed us on everything we need to know, answered all of our questions and made the whole process quick and easy.

We used The Wedding Travel Company to help plan our wedding in Cyprus, and overall they made the process far easier and less stressful.

The company arranged the venue, suppliers, wedding details and assistance with the legal paperwork on the day. We booked our flights and accommodation separately, but having the wedding arrangements managed for us removed a huge amount of work and meant we did not have to coordinate directly with the venue or suppliers.

Sue supported us throughout the planning process. We had several calls and many emails with her, and she guided us through each stage of the wedding. She was always helpful, responded promptly within her working schedule and was happy to accommodate changes to details such as décor and guest numbers.

Once we arrived in Cyprus, Felicity took over as our on-site coordinator. Meeting her in person was very reassuring, and she talked us through how the day would run. When the bride had an unexpected allergic reaction during the makeup trial, Felicity contacted the makeup artists, arranged another trial and helped put us at ease.

There were a couple of small areas where communication could have been smoother. Coordinating the hair and makeup trials involved some confusion, although this was ultimately resolved. We had also booked an open bar from 2pm, but there was a delay of around 10 to 15 minutes while an issue involving drinks tokens was clarified. Our best man worked with Felicity and the matter was resolved promptly.

On the wedding day, Felicity kept everything running smoothly and on schedule. She was always available when we needed to know what was happening next and did an amazing job of organising our guests. She also set up the additional table decorations we had brought and arranged reserved memorial chairs with photographs of loved ones, which was a beautiful and very meaningful touch.

The photographer was great, the DJ was amazing, and the decoration company made the venue look fantastic. Our guests told us it was one of the most fun and best weddings they had attended, and the work of Felicity and The Wedding Travel Company contributed greatly to that.

One thing future couples should bear in mind is that décor can be a significant additional cost. Some decorations are included, but many options are hired separately through the recommended supplier. The choices were lovely and delivered the look we wanted, although they were not necessarily the cheapest.

For weddings at the Golden Coast Beach Hotel Sea View venue, the decking lights also cost an additional £300. They were definitely worth having and added a lot to the atmosphere, view and overall look of the venue, but it is worth budgeting for this extra charge. Legal fees are another additional cost to consider, although these were made clear to us in advance.

Overall, these were relatively minor points within a very positive experience, and we still feel the service fully deserves five stars. We would happily recommend Sue, Felicity and The Wedding Travel Company to anyone planning a wedding abroad. They made our Cyprus wedding much easier to organise and helped us enjoy the day without worrying about the logistics.

We have just returned from our amazing wedding at The Palazzo Di P in Zante, the whole experience from booking with Roxhi and liasing with Kim at the Wedding travel company ran so smoothly, anyone considering a wedding in Zante should definately consider this venue as Nikos and his team based at this venue run are outstanding in there organising and making sure everything is perfect! It was above and beyond our expectations and we could not have been happier with our choice x

My partner and I decided that we wanted to get married abroad. I found the Wedding Travel Company after doing some research. After sending an enquiry email I was contacted by Suzanne. She was absolutely incredible. Took on board everything we asked for and came back with an incredible package at an incredible price. I couldn't recommend this company more. Its made what I was worried would be stressful and complicated and absolute breeze.

My experience booking my wedding with the wedding travel company was faultless. Sue was so helpful and never seemed annoyed if she was answering the same question repeatedly, she was so helpful and kind. If I was to do it all again, I wouldn’t change a thing!

The booking process was so easy, before paying the deposit we were sent a quote with what was included and when to expect meetings. Everything was laid out very clearly! Maybe the only thing to make things clearer could have been a checklist with what I needed to take to Cyprus, but we had all the information anyway.

Whilst having decided to have a destination wedding in Italy. We had no idea of where or how to start planning. I came across The wedding Travel Company online and made an enquiry. The lovely Sarah promptly responded by email and a follow up telephone call. She listened to our wishes and discussed potential budgets. She then shared details of packages to view online. We were looking for a small intimate wedding, with a relatively small budget. This was not a problem at all. Sarah listened to all of our needs and made some recommendations. Having reviewed potential options and chosen a venue Sarah then pulled the package together.
Our experience so far has been nothing but positive. All of the details of the package were discussed, additional questions answered, process and payment plan outlined clearly.
