I shouldn’t really leave this review because they still have my watch! I took my watch into the Liverpool branch 3 weeks ago for a replacement glass. I was charged £79.99 and told it would be ready in a week and I will get a phone call
I didn’t receive a phone call so I called in with my son and they said that it should be done for Monday and she would call me. I was going on holiday on the Tuesday and wanted the watch for then.
I didn’t get a phone call so I phoned them and they said that it wasn’t back
I went on holiday and phoned them the day after I got back
She’s now said that there’s a hand missing! I’m devastated the watch has great sentimental value to me.
She promised me a phone call later that day, once again I didn’t get a phone call.
I’m going to call in the morning and if I have no news, I’m gonna tell her to get my watch back into the shop refund me my money and I will take it elsewhere with the extra expense of buying a new hand for my watch. I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. Why does a simple thing like replacing a glass go so wrong!
Why do companies get away with incompetence like this!!

I asked how much for a new Casio battery replacement in Reading ...... £50 !!!!!
Last time I had it done it was £15 but I don't live near where I last had it done
Bought a battery for £3.49 and did it myself

Placed two vintage watches with Watch Lab. Both watches were left to me by my father who died in 2002. The first watch just needed the glass reinstated and cost £65. The second watch needed a service, the estimate for this was £550, which I thought was exorbitant so didn't go ahead. I asked for the watch to be returned and I had to wait 3 weeks after Watch Lab had already had it for a month. Recently the first watch for some reason was not keeping good time so I took it to my local Timpson's for a new battery. The technician had great difficulty trying to open the watch to replace the battery. This has not been a problem in the past, so I can only surmise that the problem with the back of the watch has happened since it was with Watch Lab. I wouldn't trust Watch Lab to rectify the problem and would be concerned how long they would keep the watch. I am now left with two watches which have been reliable until Watch Lab had they in their procession

I first went to Watch Lab Leicester about 3 weeks ago with a broken metal watch strap. I was served by Cameron who was extremely helpful and thought that he might be able to repair the strap . A few days later he was successful with the repair and called me to collect it. The cost was very reasonable compared to a new strap. Today I went in with another watch that needed a new o-ring seal. I was served by Dominic. He was also very friendly and helpful. He did not have the correct size seal available but fitted me a similar one for no charge . I was very impressed with his helpful attitude.

This is feedback based on my experience today at The Watch Lab in the Oracle Reading.
Having arranged some custom work to a watch via email, I went to their shop in the Oracle and was confronted by an individual whose very rude ways left me with no choice but to leave. This guy, Sebastian is his name, was from the outset bothered to have to leave his personal call because a customer had shown up at the booth.
I cannot express the rudeness of this individual throughout his interaction with me. I do not think he is fit to work in a customer facing environment.
Politeness and kindness to customers is something no company should skimp on.
I was shocked at being treated the way he did and will never approach this company anymore.

I have just had a terrible experience at the watch lab at Silverburn Shopping centre, I went to have a battery replaced and ended up with a broken watch, first they removed and replaced the battery charge £34 when I went to get it back they said the crown ( the winder)for anyone who doesn’t knows what that is, as this was ok when I put it in it seems he broke it he said this would cost me a further £49 to fix,as I thought this was ridiculous and I wouldn’t be able to change the time I asked him to remove the battery, when he opened the watch to remove the battery he couldn’t replace the back as he said there was now a seal ring missing from the back that would need replacing, so I ended up with a broken watch that was only needing a new battery when it went in, so I would not advise any one to use this place, disgusting, by the way he said the rotary battery was £34 and the jewlers I took it to after I left him said there is no such thing as a rotary battery, so robbing GET.

Fantastic immediate, helpful and skilful service from the York branch. Highly recommended

I went into the Trinity watch Lab and had an excellent service. He repaired my watch, change a battery, cleaned the watch and set it up all in 20 mins. I believe his name was HH. 10/10 I will use them again

Was at bluewater watch lab to get some links taken out of my watch , Matt who helped me was very friendly and chatty , had my watch done in no time , thank you very much.

Visited the watch lab a few times, we found the service in Colchester fabulous. Both Hannah and Matt were helpful knowledgeable and friendly. We have recommended them to all our friends.

I went to the watch lab in Leeds trinity and dear me, the staff was horrible. She didn’t even let me explain what I want and just said let me do my job, I mean wth how do you know why did I even came?

I just wanted to give you some feedback before I posted a review. I visited your store in Manchester first on the 15th August at around 3pm and found a note on the door saying back in an hour which is fine these things happen. I had a spare couple of house today the 22nd so I went back to the store spoke to your representative and booked my watch in for a battery replacement, pressure test and clean. I was told that it should be ready within the hour but I will get a message if it’s done earlier. Just over an hour I returned to be told it hadn’t even been started because they were too busy. I took my watch as I had only traveled into Manchester for this service so had just wasted an hour. If I had been told they were busy and it might have been 2 hours that would have been fine I would have picked it up another day and not just wasted my time sitting around.

Friendly Naz ( I think that was his name ) at Basingstoke festival place did an excellent job buffing a scratch from my watch face after Samuel’s failed dismally. Highly recommended. Great service.

Sarah from the Bristol store was very helpful and friendly and the service she provided was very efficient and professional.

Excellent service from the Derbion branch in Derby to fix the strap on my daughters watch. Thoroughly recommend them!

I took my solar watch into the Newcastle branch as it had stopped working. I was quoted £74.95 for a new battery which had to be ordered and they wanted payment up front. I left my watch with them.
Two weeks went by and I heard nothing so I called them. I was then told it wasn't the battery but a movement issue and was quoted over £200 to have it looked at. I declined and went to pick up my watch. Once home, the back fell off the watch as it hadn't been screwed back in place and the o ring seal was also missing. Also, a scratch on the polished case back was evident. Further calls and emails went unanswered. I can't recommend this company.

This is in my top 3 of all time worst customer service experiences. They took my watch 10 weeks ago. Told me it was £140 for a full repair. 3 weeks later it increases to £350. Now after waiting another 3 weeks they told me they can’t fix it!
Absolutely diabolical service

Lee from the festival place store helped in a fast and efficient way and couldn't do enough to ensure my watch bracelet fit. On my first visit I thought I had a good fit but he said I could go back within a month for further adjustments. As it is I went back the next day and within two minutes and one additional link removal watch now fits me perfectly. Thank you Lee.

I've used this company several times for my Longines and Ebel watches - never had a problem until now.
I sent my Longines to have a battery replace and service, it didn't need the battery but did the service - all good.
When it was returned one of the links in the bracelet was damaged so i returned it, it was done and sent back to me.
It hasn't arrived in 3 weeks and Tracking shows it's REPEATEDLY (numerous failed deliveries for 2 weeks) going to a different address in another part of the UK altogether.
I've chased 4 times asking for help and apart from a reply at the start my other 3 emails have been ignored.
My watch is clearly lost and i want a replacement. NOW.
I AM FURIOUS.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR EXPENSIVE ITEMS.

I have now, today, received my watch.
I'll never know how my parcel was labelled, to keep being sent to the South East of England when i live in the South West, but someone in that department needs to be held accountable, lessons need to be learnt.
I've lost confidence in the company and for my Ebel watch i'll be going elsewhere.
