Service, with case and bracelet restoration, repining, and refinishing on an early well used 2000’s Rolex GMT with Oyster.

The bracelet and case have come back looking fantastic, the stretch is near entirely gone and it feels secure again. All signs of my abuse/use have been sympathetically removed.

Seth’s service and communications are exceptionally high, from speaking to him on the phone and over email, it’s clear he knows what he is doing and as importantly for me, he cares!

The work was carried out in line with the time and fee scale as agreed at the outset. No surprises or delays.

I would be happy to use Seth again and to recommend his work.

Seth's work and service is to a very high standard, and his courtesy ols school. On speaking with him it is obvious that there is not much that he cannot do, with all types of watches.

Seth refurbished my gold Rolex Yachtmaster which after 17 years on my wrist was extensively worn. Absolutely first class repairs; the watch looks as new; couldn't be happier. Some serious craftsmanship gone into my watch and at a fraction of the cost of a new bracelet. Tip for customers - be patient and don't pester - workmanship of this precision can't be rushed; it takes a lot of patience and experience to carry out works of this calibre so extend the courtesy of some patience to Seth while he brings your treasured timepiece back to its former glory; you won't be disappointed.

We sent Seth my wife's 30+ year old bimetal Jubilee bracelet that to be honest I'd been looking to replace it a new one as it was so worn out. This is the third family watch I have sent to TWD and like the previous two, it has just been returned looking like a brand new watch although it is over 20 years old.

I received my wife’s Yacht-Master yellow and steel watch back this month (Dec 2022) having posted it on 25th May 2022. I required a service and strap refurbishment. I was informed it would take around 3-4 months. I wasn’t desperate and it ended up being 6 Months (with a few monthly WhatsApp polite text/email reminder prompts 😊) The watch is like new I am extremely pleased with the both the price of the service and price of the strap refurb. Previously serviced at Rolex at twice the cost, but at 3rd of the time, I am glad I found this guy. As long as your pretty relaxed and understand there is obviously a global supply issues this year for pretty much everything, “parts” can take the time it takes and when my watch was returned the results are great.

Seth has just refurbished my 1987 jubilee bracelet. The workmanship is first class. I would highly recommend him. His prices are entirely reasonable as well.

Excellent experience having a 50 year old Rolex Bracelet Collared & Refinished. It took a few months to complete due to the complexity of the task and some parts needing to be sourced. Excellent value & a great job! Seth is gentleman, good communication throughout.
