Had a problem with my printer following…
Had a problem with my printer following installation of a Lexmark magenta toner cartridge but got a very swift response which enabled me to resolve the issue.

Excellent price for excellent toner
Excellent price and excellent quality toner. Delivered quickly. Will definitely buy from this company again as the price for a compatible toner was half the price of the company I usually use. Fabulous!!

Poor communication and slow delivery
Ordered a toner which was instock on The Toner Place website and was supposed to be delivered next day, then spent the next 3 days chasing the item.I phoned on 3 seperate occasions, each time being told they would call me back with tracking within 30 minutes, but didn't recieve 1 returned phone call. Ordered Wednesday, item finally arrived following Monday, which is not acceptable when you need your printer.

Goods never arrived
Ordered product 7th November, Goods didn't arrive. Staff informed down as failed delivery. Sent a replacement 8th November, again never arrived. Employee contacted courier, apparently the goods weren't attempted to be delivered, the goods were stuck at customs.
Your company used a different courier service to delivery my products, which i am still waiting for and it's the 13th November.
