three time regarding my order still waiting a reply, went on to the chat function and said I would get an email still waiting. Still waiting for delivery also

Ordered the golf bag online, at a great price for a what I wanted, but on checking the website over yhe next 4-5 days, it kept stating it was, in transit. The courier had no record of the tracking reference, so I connected SportsHQ. They said the bag had been lost in transportation, but offered me a golf bag in a different colour, which, when received, I actually preferred than my original colour choice. Delivery was quick, within 48 hours of sending out, so very pleased with the service, even after a bit of a sticky start initially. Well done and thank you SportsHQ.

The shoes cleats dont fit properly
Lost 2 from each shoe on the first round
The actual shoe limits movement and are uncomfortable
I would avoid these shoes at all cost
Spend the extra on footjoy similar type boot

The clubs that I ordered were delivered the next day and they are as described

My order of golf clubs went missing in transit. The company said they would send another set, which also went missing in transit. I had to contact this company on numerous occasions before they responded. I requested a refund and purchased the same clubs elsewhere at a cheaper price with free delivery and received the following day..

I haven’t received my order. £64.99 was taken from my account. I contacted the courier company and they had no record. I contacted youselves many times and had no reply. The phone number you display is constantly off the hook. Extremely disappointed and ripped off!

Good quality product- delivered on time.
My only criticism was the courier wanted my front door open in order to take a photo as proof of delivery- I refused.
