Horrible customer service. I sent in for a return on time and requested return label. The first one didn’t work. When I requested again they said it was too late. Literally by a week only yet I asked within the 30 days. Customer service person was absolutely awful (DJ). At h out if you have wide feet and super tight and rubs.

Great experience, both in delivery time and quality of my boots.

I fell in love with the Tall Riding Boots but couldn't decide between two styles of sole and so Gemma (who had helpfully sent photographs of both) suggested, as returns were free of charge, I order them both and return the unwanted pair. I placed the order at 1:53 on the 6th and DPD delivered them at 2pm the following day! Beautifully made boots but I was devastated to find that neither pair would zip to the top, above my calf. Gemma emailed a returns label and the refund went back to my account a couple of days later. With her help, I have now decided on a shorter style with a wider calf. Apart from the upset that my boots didn't fit, it was a pleasure doing business with this company and I am counting down the days until the new stock arrives in the warehouse. I have no hesitation in recommending the Spanish Boot Company.

Good looking boots as a present for my husband. He finds them very comfortable especially as he has high arches. One of the tassel pins fell out on its 2nd outing. And they were brilliant at sending another one straight away. All in all a very nice company to deal with and super boots.

I normally buy my boots from another company , not again ,these boots are comfortable, smart and feel great .all round great quality.

Amazing customer service, I called to discuss the fit and to check which courier they use (DPD for my boots) as soon as I got off the phone, having been reassured that the boots were likely to fit me well, I ordered the cascada boots and they were delivered in less than 24 hours. They are so comfortable and the lady was correct, they do fit me perfectly.

They responded quickly and honestly to questions about sizing. Delivery internationally was fast and the quality of the boots is amazing!
