I've recently ordered a variety of safari clothing for an upcoming trip - and I've been impressed by Safari Store. When a minor issue arose, the staff were very quick to help. In an automated world, I found myself dealing with real, helpful people. My items arrived quickly and I'm very happy with them. A very good service all round.

Great support in any matters: payment, shipment! The really understand their business by attending the clients!

First order: shipping & packaging perfectly done. Quick delivery. Communication exchange with the team is excellent. And the quality level of the items ordered are just beyond my expectation. The purchase online was easy, postage delivery was quick and the fleece fitted perfectly for me and my different experiences in Namibia.

It is so rare these days to receive exemplary service. I had to exchange an item and the process was really straightforward. I was really impressed by the customer service I received from the Safari Store team. The products were great quality and perfect for my daughter’s safari holiday.

I got such good service BEFORE I bought anything, I wrote the following email to The Safari Store:

Needless to say, I was equally bowled over by the service I got when I did buy quite a lot, all of which was top notch quality. There’s no point looking elsewhere.

I purchased a hat, shirt and duffel from the Safari Store for a trip to Kenya. Not only were they comfortable and functional, but I received plenty of compliments. Quality all the way.

I bought 8 items from the Safari Store and the quality was excellent, they were as expected and rapidly delivered. At a later date an issue emerged with one of the shirts I had bought and the Safari Store team could not have been more accommodating with how effectively and quickly they dealt with the issue. High quality customer service is a rare enough thing nowadays and this really stood out for me. I will definitely be a returning customer and will recommend them to friends.

The delivery to Germany was fast and went smoothly. The clothing is absolutely perfect for a safari, and the value for money is excellent. The sizes are described in detail, so everything fit perfectly for us. I can definitely recommend this shop.

Great selection of clothes and accessories for a safari. Staff were very prompt in dealing with queries. The alert for the arrival of out of stock items was very useful too. All in all one very satisfied customer.

Cheap made in China at premium prices, reviews on website are obviously restricted to those who make positive comments only.

The products are made in china and do not fit western bodies. The trousers, skorts and shorts are way too short in the body - not even half way between crotch and waist. Avoid.

Package never came, had to go without for our safari. When I contacted them for a full refund they tried to give me 1/3 of the amount back and cite some "policies" of theirs, and I had to escalate it to a dispute with my credit card company, which they continued to fight against.

Finally got my money back. Don't know if it's a UK thing but in the US we do have consumer protections against that kind of behavior. I would avoid ordering from here.

They have the best range of gear for safari available in the UK. Their descriptions are highly detailed and informative. Delivery is quick and plastic in minimal.

Transparency is everything. They say that if you want to return items you will pay for the postage. They have a choice, either they build this cost in for everyone (but you don’t see it) or they charge only those who return items. They make it quite clear that they charge you. I can’t understand why some reviews are upset about it after the event.
