I have bought a number of rugs from The Rug Seller for use throughout my home. Always speedy, safe delivery and great quality products. The images online are always an excellent representation of the products themselves including the colours which is a priority for me when matching to other decorative items. They remain my first port of call for any rugs for myself and my clients

Very happy with rug. Kept me informed on Delivery date.

While the rug itself is excellent, the overall experience was significantly marred by the subpar performance of DHL, the delivery partner chosen by the rug seller. Their inability to do their job resulted in an extended delivery period of 11 days, greatly diminishing the overall satisfaction with the purchase.

Fast delivery. This is a beautiful rug. Very good quality. The design is wonderful -one of William Morris’s loveliest. Looks very rich in our hallway.

As on unpacking the rug it had been slightly damaged before it was supplied to The Rugseller their Customer Service worked quickly to collect the rug from me and issue a full refund.

I bought a rug from this company and within 6 days of it being down noticed shedding I contacted firm straight away and they washed their hands saying that we had used abrasive rubbing we have no animals or grandchildren visiting etc and only me and hubby in room shedding had increased initially but now stopped this is a terrible response and I feel very let down after waiting so long for delivery don’t buy off them after sales is rubbish the reply means that I have to return the rug paying return charges this is so wrong when it’s of no fault of my own we haven’t used any abrasive rubbing etc it just shedded loose strands came out I abundance

Very good service paid over £250 for a rug that was not suitable but be aware the cost of postage to return the rug was nearly £60 a 5th of the price for the rug

I ordered an item from the Rug Seller via the internet and paid by PayPal - the order errored when placing and while my money was taken no confirmation was received. I phoned the next day and was told the item was no longer stocked hence the error and that my payment would be refunded. It wasn’t so I contacted again to be sent a poor screenshot of a “refund” page and was told if I had a problem I should contact PayPal. I raised a case but the Rug Seller never responded and eventually I raised the case to a dispute. PayPal refunded me my money eventually. Poor service!! What’s worse is the item I bought (which they don’t have in stock) is still being advertised.

Quality of the rig purchased was absolutely rubbish. I not sure how they make the other types of rugs but the general shaggy rug I bought was like stepping on straw.

RETURNS: I will advise that you certainly make sure you send your rug back recorded delivery. I sent mine back and heard nothing for nearly two weeks. When I emailed they told me nothing was received and do I have the tracking number. I checked my tracking and it was received a week ago :/ I’m not sure how they process returns but it seems they didn’t check mine in correctly.

UPDATE: The response from the Rug seller on Trust Pilot stated that my order number did not exist, however, it is the same order number I gave to them when I emailed them at which they responded to once they saw this review.

Funny that… very odd

Paid nearly £500 for a rug after a while it's showing two distinct lines across the width. Having complained they did not want to know and told us not to send it back. The same rug is now just over £300 and they didn't even offer us the difference more or less said we should have waited for the sale. Rubbish company importing cheap goods

Purchased items on this website before Christmas. After three weeks, I had heard nothing so I contacted them. They told me the items were out of stock and would I like a refund!? Of course I would like a refund but why haven’t they contacted me, I got my refund.

To give them the benefits of the doubt I re-ordered items a few weeks ago, once again, I have heard nothing. I would not use this company again, they advertise things that they do not have in stock and they take money for them. They do not contact you to let you know what is happening. Therefore if you did not contact them you would not get a refund, as of yet I have had no refund and also no items.

Very reliable, fast delivery and helped with return, kept me informed all the way, very good customer service.

Very disappointed with the quality of the rugs. They are more like blankets. Also they won’t settle down and keep puckering up.
