Spoke to aaron today about a card machine and he was brilliant guiding me thru everything and helped me thru everything so now I’m looking at getting a card machine for my business

Stay away absolute con artists push you into sales tell you anything to get the sale no cooling off period shocking customer service , I’d never go with them , take your personal details from your social media page !!!

I have sent 2 emails as I have been MISS SOLD BUISNESS ELECTRIC if this matter doesn’t get resolved and closed I will be seeking LEGAL ACTION. We haven’t even signed any contracts and now we are not even getting the shop! Which you was told this!! I am really not happy the contract was mumbled to me down the phone after I told the man in the phone to call me back later which he refused to do!! I’d like this contract ended or I’m going to take this further!,

just reply to that last message you sent, funny you should say that! Yes that was correct we was having the premises ripped out but because you and your so called team didn’t do there jobs properly and decided even though I was busy to go through with tens and conditions knowing I wasn’t listening to you is wrong, and how you can say that the man had done everything right when he was TALKING OR SHIULD J SAY MUMBLING THAT FAST I couldn’t hear. Well do t worry all this is going to my solicitor and you will be hearing from me soon. BECAUSE of you are your crappy buisness I will NOT be opening the shop as I’m not being scammed anymore, it has also affected my mental health so. Speak to you soon you will be hearing from my solicitor. Also I never said in a matter of weeks I’ll be trading I said I’d be ready maybe by late January going into February so that just goes to show how full of crap your company is.

Very helpful staff I have used different companys in the past for my other businesses but I won't use anyone else again

Feel this was a scam. Had a cold call from them saying the wanted to sort out my electric because I was on an emergency tariff. They had incorrect details for business and when I started asking questions they hung up.

Incredibly rude, and hung up the call after asking to stay on hold for the account manager to become available.

Great care taken when explaining all their products and how they can be used to support my business. Really felt no rush or pressure, highly reccomend.

I deal with Jake Ogden who was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in detail and in a way that was easy to understand without a load of technical jargon, like other companies do. I’m really please with the deal he sorted for me as I wasn’t getting the most out of card payments and the merchant I was using before charged such high fees. I didn’t realise how much I was overpaying until I started dealing with Redwood, I’d definitely recommend them as a company and felt looked after by Jake.

I spoke to a lovely fella called Aaron, he talked me through everything I needed to know about my card machine.
Aaron was knowledgable and friendly.
I’ve had negative experiences with similar companies in the past, I believe I will be a redwood customer for many years to come
