Beautiful bedding
Had been looking for a linen bedding set for a while but not wanting to pay £300. Found exactly what I was after at The Pure Edit; natural duvet cover super king with 2 pillows for under £70 inc p&p. Was a bit skeptical but it’s the comfiest bedding I’ve ever slept in and looks wonderful. Delivery took about a week and was really well packaged. Will definitely be buying from here again.

Hi Ruth,
Thank you for taking the time to write us a review.
We apologise for the inconvenience of sending three smaller tins and the delays you experienced receiving your order. We experienced extremely high volumed of orders during the sale and our fulfilment team sent out multiples of smaller tins to complete orders as fast as possible.
We're delighted to hear you're happy with both the price and quality of the paint and hope you choose The Pure Edit for future interior projects.
Merry Christmas from The Pure Edit team.
Honestly wouldn't order from here again…
Honestly wouldn't order from here again took ages for it to come. When it did they put the wrong labels on the pain so I've used them and after I've realised one is chipping so I've used the wrong paint on the wrong stuff how do I know I'm not an expert in paint I used as it was labeled

Hi Natasha,
Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your experience with The Pure Edit.
During the paint stock clearance, we received an unprecedented number of orders and, unfortunately, our manufacturing facility could not keep up with demand and some manual labelling errors occurred. For this, we are extremely sorry and do hope this has not inconvenienced you greatly.
Looking into your communications with our customer care team, I understand we were awaiting response from yourself as to how best to resolve the issue for you. If you still require assistance from our team, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Thank you and Merry Christmas from the team at The Pure Edit.

Exemplary customer service
Exemplary customer service . I ordered cushions and cushion covers in a design that brought light and interest to a newly decorated room.
But I only kept the cushions and returned the cushion cover package unopened . The customer service team were immediately responsive to my phone request, quick to follow up email communication and at all times personable , efficient, helpful . Amazing . Huge thank you to the team and a big recommend for the business .
