The response times from the team were very fast right from the initial enquiry all the way through to ensuring satisfaction once the pens had been delivered. Informative quotations given and good visual aids also which are very helpful in making a decision! The pens are fantastic quality and so are the team!

Ballpoint Pens - excellent quality
We enquired about ordering 5,000 corporate pens to hand out as merchandise to our suppliers and to give to staff. I found The Printed Pen Site to be an excellent site and I found the whole process very efficient and prompt. I was kept informed at every stage of the ordering and the turn around for the order was very quick. The quality of the pens received with our company logo on is very good and nothing was too much trouble. They are very patient and will listen to all your requirements and advise on the best way forward. They provide proofs before ordering and are very accommodating. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Brilliant service
