*Edit. Quick note to respond to Tpob response. Have have reached out to customer service and they're offering me a store credit of £30...i spent £90 6 weeks ago. Absolute joke.
Bought the Black Out Bundle Box.
First time I used I was very happy. Second time I used they started to pull hair and kept cutting out. Third time I've used them and they've packed up altogether. I spent £90 on tpob clippers because I believed the hype. Unfortunately that's all there is, hype. They're cheap, poorly made and definitely not built to last. I am not chasing for a full refund but looking at the other reviews it seems unlikely. Wish I'd checked her first.
Avoid.

Stock issues

Bought the Candy edition clippers August last year. I recently broke my blade by accident and seemingly can't get a new one as out of stock in the country. This does not give me faith to buy from them again as I now have a pair of clippers I can't use. I have contacted and was told to use American website which will take weeks to come, if I can even get a blade.

Avoid at all costs

I ordered a razor last week which I received. I took the shrink wrap off and decided I wanted a different set so ordered another from their company.
The original was unused and had the sticker still on so could see it hadn’t been used and requested a refund.
The refund has been refused because I took the plastic shrink wrap off the box even thought it’s totally unused.
All they keep advising is company policy! I see it as greedy and a robbing company who are only after your money!
They have offered me store credit but how many razors can I use at once really?!
Utterly ridiculous!
Avoid this company at all costs, take your business somewhere else who actually appreciates their customer

Our return policy is in place for hygiene reasons, as we sell grooming products such as razors and trimmers that cannot be resold once the packaging has been opened—even if the product is unused. Because of this, we’re unable to issue refunds on opened items.

As an alternative, we do offer store credit so you can put it toward another product of your choice. We understand that may not be ideal in your situation, but it’s the fairest way we can help while still ensuring product safety for all our customers.

Overall good clipper bit of a joke when the screw comes too tighten you round it off trying to get it off and now you have to buy a £40 replacement blade bit of a rip off for your money I think

Completely useless tools! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Update: after speaking to customer service I'm even less impressed. I sent the videos of the tools in action as requested and they had the audacity to write an email back stating that their tools are in fact working properly and I need to take the hair shorter for the shaver to work....since when do you need to take the hair shorter than a zero guard for a box shaver to work properly? Since never that's when. Worst tools I've ever spent money on. I'd have been better off with a walmart shaver! 💯💯💯 thier customer service department is complete crap. They clearly do not care about the PROFESSIONAL BARBER COMMUNITY! SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON TRUSTED AND QUALITY TOOLS. LESSON LEARNED.

I ordered the 3 piece set of clippers, trimmers, and foil shaver. In my honest opinion these tools are not worth the money. Pros- they are lightweight and quiet.
Cons- they do not cut cleanly, I find myself going over the same section 2-3 times. The trimmers are complete garbage...they do not provide a clean edge at all. And the foil shaver is completely useless. Literally having to go over the same one inch area of the scalp for several passes before it will get smooth. I've been a barber for over 25 years. I'm used to using babyliss and whal tools. These are sub-par at best. I guess I'll just stick to my current tools. After contacting customer service, I got a response asking for a video of what I was talking about... a video will not help to explain these tools are basically useless. They are not professional quality. As if a video of having to do the same spot over and over is going to help. Everything is aligned properly and I know how to use my tools. These are just not up to par when it comes to PROFESSIONAL BARBERING! Save your money and buy professional tools.

Bad customer service

I ordered tpob troll from them uk shop
I ony start use 2 months ago when i try to do 0,5 is pulling customers hair and hurt them I contacted customer service they asked me to provide short videos which i already did and at the end of email they recommended to order new clipper blade rabbish customer service very poor i don’t recommend buying clipper from them i have few shops i already ordered 5 clipper from them not last long

Do not shop here

Do not shop here. Items are poor quality and the service is appalling. I have not used the items, nor have I unboxed or removed any hygiene seals for the magnets, clipper and trimmer yet TPOB refuse to honour a return and full refund. I have had to buy elsewhere because the clippers are made with very low quality and the price I paid for it is abysmal. They just don't want to initiate a return and want you to be forced into keeping their low quality items.

Very poor service and product.

Received the 'Candy Pack' of three trimmers. I opened the foil shaver first and it didn't cut a single hair, flimsy cheap rubbish. I didn't even bother opening the other two items. I have since complained and requested an a refund. I have sent a further 5 emails almost a week later now and I am still no further forward. Terrible product and customer service.

Useless flimsy bit of plastic

Bought a charging case cause I lost my cable, the (charging) case didn’t come with a cable just a flimsy useless bit of plastic for £15 then I got another charging cable for my clipper from them that also doesn’t fit at all. It would help if the said what charger fits what clipper. Useless company.

Worst company out there

Worst company out there, I ordered over 2 months ago and have still not received, customer service is tragically slow I have asked for a refund and knowing is getting back to me, it’s not my fault their courier is slack, I am out of pocket £50 plus and not received a thing or a refund, disgusting behaviour, people be warned this company is all about marketing but their actual setup is a joke.

Ich habe die Bestellung im UK Shop…

Ich habe die Bestellung im UK Shop gemacht um es nach Deutschland zu bestellen, jedoch habe ich zeitnah gemerkt, dass es schwer ist Ersatzteile zu bekommen und das es doch besser wäre den JRL Onyx zu kaufen.

Ich wollte die Bestellung schnell canceln, jedoch ist das Unternehmen leider zu unfähig ein ordentliches system aufzubauen (angeblich) und die Return Policy ist auch extrem Benutzer unfreundlich...Mal schauen ob da noch Zollgebühren auf mich zu kommen und was es für weitere Probleme geben wird.

Kann die Firma überhaupt nicht empfehlen, also besser meiden...

Got a clipper in error, did not use at all and couldn't return it as the film on the outside was removed. You expect some understanding when buying online

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Placed an order in error immediately contacted them to cancel it. They have refused to cancel the order. Telling me they are msiling it out. Now I'll have to go through a whole process to get the item returned and wait to get my money back. I was planning on getting something different as that was I was trying to do originally. However after the way it was handled by the company. I no longer want any items or anything to do with this company. They could have simply canceled the order, kept a customer, had more sales and a good review. Now they will get a honest negative review, no customer and less sales. The name should be changed to Thepi**edoffcustomer instead.

Extremely Disappointed


Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality & Even Worse Customer Service

As a professional hairdresser with over 20 years of experience, I’m very careful with my tools. I purchased a clipper bundle directly from the TPOB website on 2nd February 2024, expecting quality and reliability. Unfortunately, I got neither.

After just over a year of careful, protected use, the clipper stopped working out of nowhere. No drops, no misuse — it simply died. To make matters worse, parts of the trimmer also came off — again, without any external damage. This is clearly a quality issue, not wear and tear. Yet, instead of standing by their product, TPOB is asking for £40 to repair it. That’s unacceptable, especially for something that was clearly faulty from the start.

A professional brand should take accountability, especially when tools are a hairdresser’s livelihood. Sadly, TPOB seems more interested in squeezing money from loyal customers than ensuring their products meet professional standards.

I regret spending my money with this brand. If you’re a working stylist looking for durability and good service — look elsewhere. When something goes wrong (and it will), you’ll be on your own. And if they reply here to "explain" themselves, watch how they avoid taking real responsibility — just like they did with me.

Extremely disappointed with this product. Item not as distributed. The timmer does not cut sharp line as shown on the video. I do feel I have wasted my money.

The worst customer service ever.

The worst customer service ever..
Bought a bundle back in october 2024 I am a trainee barber only use it 1 evening a week for less than an hour when i am in college so basically it has been used 10 times if not less the clippers are snagging/catching the hair and pulling sent video evidence as asked i suggested they fix the problem or replace the clippers and i was advised to buy a new blade instead as it was out of the 90 days guarantee and they can't do anything..
Like come on it it's been barely used so clearly faulty but they won't do anything just want me to spend more money on there website..
Avoid customer service is a disgrace and I will be reporting it to the trading standards..

Where do I begin

Where do I begin. Cheap plastic feel, opened the box to find that the bracket wiggles which means I can’t use because it shows the moving blade. To return the item its just long winded. They’ll try and give you a 30% discount on a future purchase. Don’t accept it and get your money back. Guards are cheap.
