The Phone Casino Anmeldelser

The site is easy to use. Great customer support, never had an issue that wasn't sorted out. Great range of games

The Phone Casino is a great all around experience. To be honest when I first joined in late 2020 to early 2021, I had no prior knowledge of them so didn’t know what to expect. However it’s been an all around positive experience, from the huge selection of games, very fair win rate, helpful customer service to fast card withdrawal’s. I’ve not received my free spins from the deposit bonus selection’s on occasion, (due to my error) from not following instruction - select bonus then deposit. I deposited then tried to select bonus. Each time customer service has honoured the bonus spin’s even going the extra mile, by adding extra spin’s than originally included the bonus deal. Little things like that go a long way building trust. Customer service team usually reply via email with minutes or there is a telephone number should you prefer. Verification is also fast and easy - upload what’s required and it’s accepted.

The site is good fun The free fun section is a great extra The only thing is that the repayments are slow

Great site. Quick and easy withdrawls and fab customer support!

TAKE TAKE TAKE
NOTHING BUT TAKES YOU MONEY NEVER GET A DECENT WIN LIKE OTHER SITES.
MY ADVICE STAY AWAY COS IM CONFUSED BY ALL THESE GOOD REVIEWS.

I have been with this site for few years now maybe longer it’s the only one I use, no problems at all the extremely fast payout same day it’s brilliant

Really great casino fast pay out tines and one of the largest selection of slots i have seen so far definitely worth a punt on here.

They were patient and if I has any issues they were there also to help me out and payment was quick and easy no hassle fabulous site

Love this casino it's my favourite by far.
Always communicate with you by letting you know your winnings are on the way and great games highly recomend

1st withdrawal was instant

Made 3 more totaling £160 charged a a fee as they say they use the fastest methods and process withdrawals instantly but this is not true in the last 4 days and over 100 calls not once was it answred!

I have never been abusive to them at all and they are just ignoring me.

This paragraph is from the Gambling commision:
Online gambling: Know your rights
You can withdraw your money at any time without unreasonable delay.

I just want this sorted and forget this awful experince and casino.

Will remove this after a response and processed withdrawals.

Very slow withdrawals. Can't see your transaction history either. All customer service say is it takes 5 working days for withdrawals but they wont say if its been processed or not.

Stay clear of this casino!!!

I love The phone Casino. There are 100's of games to choose from and its fast withdrawals. I call it my lucky site.

Great site, great games and fast, hassle free withdrawals.

I had a really good experience with ThePhoneCasino.

The registration process was quick and simple, and depositing funds worked without any problems. The website runs smoothly, and the games load fast with a nice variety to choose from.
I also contacted customer support once, and they responded politely and helped me straight away. Everything so far has been clear and easy to use.

Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would recommend giving it a try. 👍
