The Norfolk Olive Tree Company are simply amazing!
Given just how beautiful the ancient olive tree we bought is, I’m surprised the price was so reasonable.
When my dearly beloved finally ‘fessed up how much she’d spent, it was way less than I’d feared!
What so impressed me about the service was later. We changed our minds about where to place our tree. It was so stunning that it absolutely had to be the centrepiece in our garden!
This involved getting it Into a huge victorian antique laundry copper pot. We spent ages wondering how we’d do it. We even asked five burly tree surgeons who were working nearby. They seemed terrified at the idea of moving something special.
In the end the lovely Antonia and her husband Paul who own the company came to our rescue.
They drove all the way down from Norfolk to our house near the Suffolk/Essex border. It took a while, with a lot of chat, laughter and emergency mugs of tea but we eventually got the tree up high and lowered it into the pot. We are so pleased with the result!

We purchased our olive tree online and the same day received a very friendly and informative call from Antonia asking if delivery the following day would suit us.
Paul delivered our tree the day after purchase and placed right next to the hole we were preparing for it in our back garden. It is a beautiful, quality and very healthy 45 year old tree which we are already enjoying.
We have received all the information we require to care for our tree throughout. This family owned business are efficient, so friendly and go above and beyond to ensure your purchase goes smoothly and as pleasantly as possible. We've just taken delivery of a gnarly olive and can't thank the team enough, they went above and beyond to deliver the plant through the house to our courtyard which was no mean feat, and potted it up to complete the job. I thought I'd just ordered a tree, but it came with a lot of help and advice which is invaluable. Would thoroughly rerecommend.

The Norfolk Olive Tree Company is local to us but it serves a wider community. Tucked away up a farm track it has a large range of trees on display both young and very old, large and small at costs ranging from cheap to expensive. Paul, usually on site (we assume) is friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the product he is selling; Antonia, behind the scenes (again, we assume) keeps everything on track with friendly and efficient administration by telephone or email. We purchased two trees for their attractive look and screening purposes. They were delivered promptly and placed in situ by Paul and his son. If you want olive trees, for whatever reason, this is the company for you. Highly recommended.

We were unsure where to buy our olive tree and we did a careful search online for one. We read the Norfolk Olive tree website well, which gave us so much excellent information that we decided to order a tree from them.

We did not expect such excellent customer service however!

From ordering the tree to delivery, the customer service has been exceptional. We had a phone call the day before to say the tree would be arriving and it arrived this morning - just two days after we ordered it.

The Olive Tree is simply amazing. The tree has clearly been well nurtured and we were delighted to see so many olives on the tree. Everything about it is excellent; the quality of the leaves; the bushiness of it and its overall general health.

This won't be the last time we use the Norfolk Olive tree company as we would now not look anywhere else. With excellent customer service and exceptional quality of the tree why would we?!

Couldn't find charm at plant wholesalers and turned to The Norfolk Olive Tree Co. Antonia and Paul supplied two beautiful mature olive trees to anchor our new garden site. The logistics were complex, heavy trees and a difficult site, but this experienced team made it happen. We're very happy with our trees and glad to have found The Norfolk Olive Tree Company. If you want something special we'd strongly recommend them.

Gorgeous tree! I really appreciate that photo of the tree I ordered seems very much to be the tree that arrived (even though a colleague said they're probably stock photos... but why so many stock photos of trees similar size? ... plus mine went out of stock after ordering). I could even recognise it in the back of the van, with a little extra growth on it. Plus, while dispatch communication was a little light, they answered email promptly with update, courier called to arrange delivery same day, and delivered exactly when they said they would. Couldn't be happier with my gorgeous tree and service.

First time I've dealt with this company, and after so many internet rip offs, can only say the product was first class, delivered by a knowledgeable and helpful courier. I have no hesitation in recommending Norfolk Olive tree Company and no doubt will use them again.

I have purchased quite a few trees from this company and visited their show garden in Norwich, the tree's are very well looked after and sold at a reasonable price, they also offer a great hire service for weddings and other functions which is a great idea - highly recommend the company
