Neem (Azadirachta indica) is a tree widely grown across India, Asia and Africa, which is much prized for its many health giving properties. Used in Ayurvedic medicine for over 4000 years to regulate vata, it's health giving properties are being recognised by western medicine. Neem lowers blood sugar, heals stomach ulcers, reduces bloating, is anti-viral, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, reduces inflammation, has massive anti-oxidant activity, is a natural contraceptive and painkiller and stimulates the immune system. Sent 5 individual packets in place of 5 multipacks
I ordered 5 multipacks at £11.99 a piece (supposed to come as 4 individual packs, per unit). I was only sent 5 packs in total (RRP £3.49 per pack). I am ~£40 out of pocket and not happy.

Leaving up initial review for reference.
Neem Team noted the issue and sent me the missing items straight away. The team went above and beyond to take my feedback and also sincerely apologise for the mistake.
I will definitely be using them again in future for the effort they have gone to in order to find out what went wrong and how the whole experience could have been improved.

Really happy with my product
I ordered the gardeners kit through their website and have found it to be really effective at keeping away the pests on my houseplants. The kit was reasonably priced and got to me really quickly too.
