Great service

Easy to book and reasonably priced. A very thorough survey by John from E surveyors. After I had received the survey I had a follow up phone call from John who went through all points of the survey and clarified everything for me

Excellent Service with Clear, Practical Advice
I was very impressed with the service from start to finish. The referral and booking process was straightforward and hassle-free. On the day of the survey, Petreos took the time to call me beforehand, explain what to expect, and understand any specific concerns I wanted addressed.
The report was completed and available within 36 hours, and Petreos followed up afterwards to discuss the findings in detail. He explained any issues clearly and offered helpful guidance on areas that may require further attention.
Overall, the experience was efficient, personal, and thorough, and I would highly recommend the service.

Customer service and follow up poor
Booking was fast and efficient but follow up information was very difficult to obtain, with responses around delivery date and confirmation very abrupt, even delayed and follow up questions to the survey generally unhelpful and gave no additional information. Surveyor was also not available for follow up call to further support findings so had to find alternate advice. Would not recommend based on my experience

Booking process was very clear and…
Booking process was very clear and easy. Good communication throughout the booking and initial survey stages.
Unfortunately I had to chase the survey from the company. They stated the report would be with me between 5-7 business days. I initially chased on day 8 and was assured it would be with me by the end of the next day. This didn’t happen and I had to chase again. I finally received the report after 11 business days.
Once received the report was good quality and easy to understand.

Huge shout out to Tia who went above and beyond to help me get my house sale over the line after ‘Help to buy’ were being very difficult. She really helped in a very stressful situation and I can’t thank her enough!

Really quickly and easily organised. The surveyor was very good with our questions and importantly we had a few weeks to get it done and it was only a few days after the booking it was complete.
